Before using the Wireless Screen Controller, ensure that your Roar Pedal is installed and your car is in either ACC (Accessory) mode or started. Verify that the Roar Pedal’s green light is illuminated.

Important Note:

(01) The Wireless Screen Controller automatically identifies and connects to the nearest Roar Pedal device, eliminating the need for manual pairing. Keep in mind that the Bluetooth connection range is limited to 3-4 meters, so stay within this distance for optimal performance. In cases where multiple Roar Pedal devices are nearby, minimize interference by ensuring the Wireless Screen Controller is closest to the specific Roar Pedal device you intend to connect to.

(02) The Wireless Screen Controller and the Roar Pedal app on your mobile phone cannot be simultaneously connected to the same device. If you wish to switch between them, ensure you first disconnect the current Bluetooth connection.

(1) Power Button:
Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off..
In charging mode, a single press switches the screen ON/OFF.

(2) M Button:
Short press M button to change the mode.
Long press M button for 5 seconds to activate Learn Mode.

(3) + Button:
Short press + button to increase the level.
Long press + button for 5 seconds to activate Lock Mode.

(4) – Button:
Short press – button to decrease the level.
Long press – button for 5 seconds to switch between R/P System.

Note:

(1) Bluetooth Icon:
The presence of the Bluetooth icon indicates a successful connection to the device. If the icon is absent, it suggests an unsuccessful connection. In this case, please verify the correct installation of the Roar Pedal.

(2) Battery Icon:
The battery icon exhibits three states:
: Charging
: Not charging
: Battery level is below 20%

(3) Auto Power-Off:
If the Wireless Screen Controller remains inactive for two minutes, it will automatically power down to conserve battery.

4 // Activate Learn Mode

Learn Mode is designed for recalibrating the product to accurately match the original car’s throttle data, ensuring optimal performance.

Before activating Learn Mode, uninstall the Roar Pedal and clear any error codes that may have appeared (skip this step if no error codes are present). Reinstall the Roar Pedal, turn the car key to ACC mode to power, but do not start the engine.

Long-pressing the M button for 5 seconds: Activate Learn Mode

(1) Automatically enter the first interface:

  1. Min Signal

Do not press the pedal, press the – button, get a three/four digit number, typical range is between 700-1200

(2) Automatically enter the second interface:

  1. Max Signal

Fully depress and hold the accelerator pedal while simultaneously pressing the + button, get a four-digit number, typical range is between 3000-4500.

Note:
Upon successful completion, the screen will display “ Completed ”, indicating that Learn Mode has concluded. In the event that the obtained number falls outside the normal range, a failure prompt will appear, and the interface will revert to the standard view.

5 // Activate Lock Mode

Lock Mode s designed to lock the throttle. Once activated, pressing the accelerator pedal will yield no throttle response (unless the Roar Pedal is removed), providing a degree of anti-theft protection.

Long-pressing the + button for 5 seconds: Activate Lock Mode and Set a Three-Digit Password

  1. Set Password

Begin with the cursor at the first digit, press + to increase, – to decrease, and M to confirm the number. The cursor will then advance to the next digit. Once you’ve set the three-digit password, it’ll enter and remain in the unlock interface.

Note:
Whether you power the wireless screen controller on or off, once it is connected to Roar Pedal, it will consistently prompt you to input the password. After entering the password and successfully unlocking, kindly follow the same steps the next time you wish to use Lock Mode.

6 // Battery Information

Roar Pedal Wireless Screen Controller features a built-in 500mAh polymer lithium battery, ensuring extended battery life. In typical usage, it can last approximately 30 days on a single charge.
