THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING :

  • Damage caused by transportation or handling.
  • Service calls to your home for delivery or pick-up, installation, instruction, replacement of house fuses, connection of house wiring or plumbing, or to correct unauthorized repairs.
  • Failure of product to perform during power failures and interruptions or inadequate electrical service.
  • Damage caused to the product by accident, vermin, lightning, winds, fire, floods, or any other acts of God.
  • Damages caused by leaky or broken water pipes, frozen water pipes, restricted drain lines, or inadequate or interrupted water supply.
  • Damages caused by inadequate supply of air.
  • Damages caused by operating the product in a corrosive environment.
  • Repairs when this product is applied in other than single/multi-family applications or contrary to the instructions described in the product user manual.
  • Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, or improper installation, application, repair, or maintenance. Improper repair includes the use of non-approved factory parts as specified by Olimpia Splendid USA.
  • Normal maintenance as described in the user manual, such as cleaning or replacing filters, cleaning coils, etc.
  • Use of accessories or components that are not compatible or factory-approved for this product.
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
  • Changes in the appearance of the product do not affect product performance.
  • Increases in utility costs and additional utility expenses

A completed warranty claim form, available at https://olimpiasplendidusa.com/warranty, must be submitted by the installer to the local authorized Olimpia Splendid USA distributor/rep requesting replacement spare parts and/or a replacement unit due to compressor failure or non-repairable leak in the refrigeration circuit. Claims submitted with missing or incomplete information are subject to delays and/or warranty rejection.

Thank you for purchasing the Olimpia Splendid Maestro Heat Pump and/or its accessories, which is covered by a limited 7-year compressor and 2-year parts and accessories warranty as well as a 1-year limited “No Hassle Unit Replacement Warranty,” where should the compressor fail or there is a non- repairable leak in the refrigeration circuit within the first 12 months of operation from the date of a startup, we will provide a new replacement unit (no labor allowance), with all shipping expenses of the new Maestro unit or any replacement warranty parts being the responsibility of the distributor/rep or end user. Labor is to be covered for a 12-month period from the date of start-up by the installing contractor. The warranty period mentioned above is only valid if the unit is registered online at https://olimpiasplendidusa.com/warranty within 90 days from the date of startup. The unit MUST be installed by a certified installer who has participated in the mandatory Maestro Certification training.
