  • ATTENTION: Read this booklet carefully as it contains important instructions for safe installation, use, and maintenance. Important instructions are to be kept for future reference.
  • The following basic precautions should always be followed when using electrical appliances.
  1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
    • The Appliance
  2. This appliance must be used only for the purpose it was expressly designed; any use NOT complying with the instructions contained in the manual is considered inappropriate and dangerous.
    • The manufacturer is NOT responsible for possible damages caused by the inappropriate and/or unreasonable use.
  3. The installation/assembly of the appliance will be made under the indications of the manufacturer. A wrong procedure may cause damages to persons, animals, or objects, for which the manufacturer cannot be considered responsible.
  4. This appliance must NOT be used for vacuuming burning, smoking, toxic, volatile, or flammable substances, sewers, open stoves, or other devices that contain oil or grease, soot, shoe polish, clay dust, plaster or gypsum, and other similar materials, wall powder, color powders or toners used inside laser printers & copiers, kindling, clumps of hair, large pieces of paper and other items such as sharp objects (glass shards, nails, tacks, paper clips, stones), mud or foam liquids as that may make the Suction Nozzle and the Filter get punctured or blocked and the Motor burned. An indication of blockage may manifest as an abnormal sound or poor suction. If these small particles were absorbed, please remove them from the Storage Cup or the Filter immediately.
  5. Before use, check the integrity of the appliance, the USB Charging Cable, and your Power Adapter (not provided). DO NOT operate the appliance when its housing is damaged. In case you are not sure, contact a qualified person. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a qualified technician, to avoid a shock hazard.
  6. Before powering the appliance make sure the rating (voltage and frequency) corresponding to the grid and the socket is suitable for the USB Charging
  7. Cable (DC 5 Volts 2 Ampere) of the appliance, and that the wall socket is properly grounded.
  8. DO NOT power the appliance using multiple sockets. If possible, avoid the use of adapters and/or extension cables; if their use is necessary, use only materials in compliance with the current safety regulations and according to the electrical parameters of the adapters. The appliance must NOT be switched on using external timers and/or other remote control appliances which are not specified in this manual.
  9. Only use original components & accessories (e.g. Type-C USB Charging Cable, battery, Dust Cup, Filter, etc.) provided by the manufacturer. Any non-original component or accessory NOT recommended by the manufacturer (including those made by other manufacturers or by the same manufacturer but for other models) may cause injuries to persons or damage to the appliance. Doing so will void the warranty and may cause serious injury.
  10. The packing materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children or disabled persons since they represent potential sources of danger.

  11. This appliance is NOT suitable to be used or stored near heat sources (open flame, ovens, heaters, stoves, etc.) and/or in an explosive environment (in the presence of flammable substances such as gas, vapor, mist, or dust, in atmospheric conditions when, after ignition, the combustion is spread in the air). Items containing these substances should never be placed in the appliance, and never be used to clean the appliance to avert the risk of fire or explosion.
  12. Avoid placing the appliance or charging cable on heated surfaces, abrasive or sharp surfaces, or in positions where it can be damaged easily. The cable must NOT be placed under carpets, or covered with throw rugs, runners, or similar. Arrange the cable away from high-traffic areas, and where it will NOT be tripped over or close a door on the cable. DO NOT pull or carry the appliance by the cable,
  13. DO NOT operate the appliance where water can splash onto the Motor as this may cause an electric shock.
  14. DO NOT charge, use, or store the appliance outdoors as charging outside the temperature range of 4 – 40°C may result in battery damage and increase the risk of fire. Charge, use, and store the appliance only indoors, or in any case, protected from weather such as rain, direct radiation of the sun, and dust.

  15. If you are using the appliance for the first time, you should:
    • a. Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Make sure that the Motor DOES NOT come into contact with water as this may cause an electric shock.
    • DO NOT use metal scouring pads.
    • b. Switch the appliance OFF by pressing the POWER button before charging the appliance.
    • C. Connect the Type-C USB Charging Cable. Fully charge the appliance for 12 hours.
    • Subsequently, the charging process should last for 6 hours.
    • d. Disconnect the USB Charging Cable when the Charging Indicator Light turns from red to blue to avoid overheating.
    • e. Use the appliance only if the Motor is in good working condition before turning on this appliance. Failure to do this could cause a risk of injury to persons and would defeat the utility of the appliance.
    • f. Should there be a need to stop the appliance from operating, simply press the POWER Button, or if the appliance is in the process of being charged, unplug the Power Adapter.
    • g. Make sure to remove any label or protective sheet which may prevent its proper functioning.
    • DO NOT cover the appliance during functioning;
    • obstruct totally nor partially the air outlet with anything that may reduce the suction, such as dust, lint, hair, etc.;
    • insert objects or body parts (including clothing and hair) inside the protection cover of the appliance to avoid personal injury or damage to the appliance when the appliance is in operation;
    • place the appliance in the microwave or conventional oven, or pour boiling water over any part of the appliance to sterilize it throw or allow the appliance to fall onto the floor; press the Power Button on the Handle too forcefully;
    • operate the appliance for more than 20 minutes without turning it off for at least 10 minutes to let the appliance cool down for a total usage of 1 hour a day – failure to heed this warning may result in motor failure;
    • use any of the following agents as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, or benzene;
    • leave the appliance unsupervised during operation.
  16. During operation, DO NOT touch the appliance with wet body parts, and it is recommended to have between you and the standing surface, an isolating element (for example, wearing shoes with rubber soles).
  17. DO NOT soak the appliance (except the Dust Cup) in water or other liquids, wash it under the tap, or let any liquid flow into the internal casing of the appliance to prevent electric shock. In case of an accidental fall in water, if the USB Charging Cable is still attached to the appliance, DO NOT try to take it out. Turn the wall socket OFF and unplug the charging cable immediately.
  18. Plug and unplug the Power Adapter firmly holding it with dry hands. Always remember to unplug the Power Adapter once charging ends and before storing, assembling & disassembling, cleaning, or performing any maintenance operation. Before storing, cleaning, or performing any maintenance operation, leave to cool for at least 30 minutes. Ensure that the battery has been charged and discharged at least once every three months.
  19. In case of malfunction or anomaly during the functioning, switch the appliance off immediately and check the cause of the anomaly, if possible, with the support of a qualified person.
  20. If smoke is observed coming out of the appliance whilst charging, switch the socket switch OFF and unplug the power adapter immediately.
    • If smoke is observed coming out of the appliance whilst in operation, press the POWER Button to switch the appliance OFF.
  21. This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar applications, such as:
    • Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
    • By clients in dormitories, hotels, motels and other residential environments;
    • Bed and breakfast type environments.
  22. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall NOT play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall NOT be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children less than 8 years old.

HOW TO USE

Charging the appliance

  1. DO NOT charge the appliance in the bathroom or near water sources. Ensure that the appliance is dry before charging it. DO NOT use or clean the appliance whilst it is being charged.
  2. DO NOT charge the appliance at temperatures lower than 5°C (41°F) or higher than 40°C (104°F), in direct sunlight or near heat sources. If possible, charge, use and store the appliance between 15°C (59°F) and 35°C (95°F).
  3. Switch off the appliance before charging it. Holding the appliance firmly with dry hands, connect one end of the USB Charging Cable to the appliance and the other end (USB Type-C connector) to an external USB Socket of a Power Adapter.
  4. Before using the appliance for the first time, fully charge the appliance for 12 hours or until the Charging Indicator Light turns blue. Subsequently, the charging process should last for 6 hours or until the Charging Indicator Light turns blue. If the appliance has not been used for 6 months or more, charge it for 12 hours.
  5. The Charging Indicator Light turns red when charging is in progress. After the appliance is fully charged, the Charging Indicator Light turns blue. DO NOT disconnect the appliance until the light turns blue.
    • To preserve and extend the life of the battery, it is recommended that the batteries be fully discharged before re-charging.
  6. DO NOT use a USB socket if it does not fit snugly into the USB Charging Cable. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cable. (DO NOT pull the cable, tug it, or use it to drag the appliance to which is connected).
  7. In case of an accidental fall in water, DO NOT try to take it out, but first switch the wall socket OFF and remove the appliance from the external USB Socket immediately.
  8. Use the appliance only if the motor is in good working condition before turning on this appliance. Failure to do this could cause a risk of injury to persons and would defeat the utility of the appliance.
  9. When the appliance is in operation, please pay attention to the presence of babies, children, the elderly and infirm, and animals to avoid a person or animal being cut inadvertently when the appliance makes contact with them.
    • Removing Dust Mites
  10. Press the POWER Button to switch the appliance ON.
  11. Press the POWER Button once for LOW speed and twice for HIGH speed.
  12. Gently roll the appliance on fabrics like bedsheets, pillowcases, sofa covers, cushion covers, curtains, etc.
  13. After vacuuming, press the POWER Button to switch the appliance OFF.

HOW TO CLEAN

  1. Switch the appliance OFF. Wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
  2. If the exterior of the appliance is sticky, you can apply a small amount of dishwashing detergent clean it with a soft wet cloth, and immediately wipe dry.
    • DO NOT: use cleaners or chemical substances; use metal scouring pads; immerse the appliance in water or other liquids; wash it under the tap; let any liquid flow into the internal casing of the appliance; or, clean any part of the appliance in the dishwasher to prevent electric shock. Wipe the appliance’s surface with a dry cloth.
  3. The Motor is the key for suctioning. If the Motor should become damaged (chipped or broken), bring the appliance to the Service Center for checks and repairs.
  4. Rotate the Dust Cup & Filter Assembly anti-clockwise and detach it from the Main Body.
  5. Separate the Dust Cup and the Filter. Empty the contents of the Dust Cup & Filter in a sealed bag and dispose.
  6. Wash the Dust Cup and the Filter under running water. Ensure that the Dust Cup and the
    • Filter are thoroughly dry before re-assembling them into the Main Body.
  7. If the appliance is not used for a long time, clean it and put it in the packing box.
    • Store in a dry and ventilated place.

PROBLEM-SOLVING

Fault Cause analysis Troubleshooting

WARRANTY

Warranty Conditions

  1. This warranty provides against defective materials and manufacturing faults throughout for two years from the date of purchase of the appliance covering the Motor only, subject to correct usage of the appliance. The warranty on the Compressor is 10 years; fluorescent light tubes of Mosquito Insect Repellents are 6 months; rechargeable batteries are also 6 months; all are subject to the same conditions as above.
  2. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, replacement of consumable materials and accessories, and the cost of maintenance of the appliance.
  3. This warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of part/s damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, or modifications in any way, or repairs done by any repair organization without the prior consent of PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd.
  4. Repair and service are to be performed at 5 Changi South Lane #03-01 Singapore 486045.
  5. A transport fee will be charged for personal doorstep service.
  6. The original purchaser of the appliance must furnish proof of purchase to our Service Centre with the email or number as registered during the submission of the warranty when this appliance is sent for repair/service. Failure to do so may delay the receipt of said repair/service by the customer.
  7. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the serial number be erased, defaced, or altered by the customer and/or his representatives, or the dealer and/or his agents. Failure to ensure this shall invalidate the warranty.
  8. This warranty is deemed to be void if the defect is caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage, or the usage of generators.
  9. This warranty is valid in Singapore only.
    • This warranty will be honored subject to the customer’s registration of the warranty inclusive of the original invoice or valid purchase receipt.
    • Failure to present these documents will result in denial of service.
    • However, if the customer still requests that the defective appliance be repaired, PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd may, at its discretion, repair the appliance but impose a labor charge, as well as the costs of the replacement parts, to be borne solely by the customer.
