Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Power Bank
To charge the power bank, simply connect either input port to a USB wall
charger. When the power bank is fully charged, all four battery indicator
lights will illuminate. Note: a 20W output wall charger is recommended for
best results.
Charging a Device

Directly connect the power bank via port 1 to the device’s USB-C port. Once connected, charging will commence automatically for phones and tablets. -
Option 2: Via Cable
Using a suitable USB-C cable, connect the cable to both the device’s charging port and the power bank’s port 2. Once connected, charging will commence automatically. -
Option 2: Via Port
Charge directly to a wall charger.

CHARGING THE POWER BANK

The EFM® Power On the Go 5,000mAh is capable of pass through charging. This
means you can charge the power bank while it also charges your device.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
EFM® warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or
workmanship for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. EFM® will repair or
replace any product which is defective in materials or workmanship at no
charge to the customer (for parts or labour). The customer is responsible for
any transportation costs. This warranty is against defects in the EFM® goods
purchased and does not cover damage caused by the incorrect use or
installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident.
To claim under the warranty, you need to return the faulty EFM® product to the
place of purchase (at your expense) with a valid proof of purchase. If you are
not able to return the product to the place of purchase, please fill out a
Warranty Claim Form on myefm.com/warranty-support and follow the prompts.

your purchased EFM® product only, and not to any device to which the EFM®

CAUTION
- Store power bank in a cool and dry place.
- Do not store power bank in hot or humid environment
- If power bank is not used for long periods of time, you should charge and discharge once every three month.
- When charging a device, the power bank may feel warm, this is a normal operating condition and should not be cause for concern.
- Do not dispose of power bank in heat or fire.
- Do not clean power bank with harmful chemicals or liquids.
- Misuse, dropping or excessive force may cause product damage.
- Certain airlines maintain distinct regulations regarding the permissible electronic devices permitted on-board their flights. To ensure compliance, it’s advisable to consult your respective airline for comprehensive guidelines if you intend to carry such devices during your air travel.
