WIRELESS CHARGING
Press the On button for the power bank and quickly place your mobile device on the power bank. If your mobile device supports MagSafe, align the magnet on the back of your device with the magnet on the power bank. Your mobile device should indicate charging in the first few seconds, if not make sure the charging coil of your mobile device is aligned with the charging coil of the power bank.
CHARGING WITH A CABLE
To charge your mobile device using the power bank, connect your mobile
device’s charge/sync cable to your mobile device, then connect the USB end
(Standard size) of the cable to the power bank. For best results, use the
charge/sync cable that was included with your mobile device when purchased.
CHARGING THE POWER BANK
Using the supplied USB-C cable, connect the power bank to a wall charger. A
minimum 20W wall charger is recommended. Charging time varies between 4-7
hours (when totally depleted). When the power bank is fully charged, all four
battery indicator lights will emit steadily. Once the display shows 100%, the
power bank is fully charged. Utilising pass-through charging technology, it is
also possible to charge the power bank and a device simultaneously.
USING THE BUILT-IN STAND
Gently pull on the middle of the stand to release the magnet, then pull it all the way out until the top part of the magnet folds down and attaches to the back of the power bank. You can now place the power bank on a flat surface and place your phone on the MagSafe portion of the power bank either vertically or horizontally for optimal video viewing.
CAUTION
- To maximize battery life span, fully charge power bank before first use for 6 to 8 hours.
- Store power bank in a cool and dry place.
- Do not store power bank in hot or humid environment
- If power bank is not used for long periods of time, you should charge and discharge once every three month.
- When charging a device, the power bank may feel warm, this is a normal operating condition and should not be cause for concern.
- Do not dispose of power bank in heat or fire.
- Do not clean power bank with harmful chemicals or liquids.
- Misuse, dropping or excessive force may cause product damage.
- Certain airlines maintain distinct regulations regarding the permissible electronic devices permitted onboard their flights. To ensure compliance, it’s advisable to consult your respective airline for comprehensive guidelines if you intend to carry such devices during your air travel.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
EFM® warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. EFM® will repair or replace any product which is defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer (for parts or labour). The customer is responsible for any transportation costs. This warranty is against defects in the EFM® goods purchased and does not cover damage caused by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident.
To claim under the warranty, you need to return the faulty EFM® product to the place of purchase (at your expense) with a valid proof of purchase.
