PRECAUTIONS
Precautions for use
Warning:
- If the equipment feels loose, falls, or is damaged, please contact the company in time;
- Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating, distractions will cause you to lose control.
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the equipment. Do not use the equipment while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating equipment may result in serious personal injury.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- Store idle equipment out of reach of children and do not allow anyone unfamiliar with the equipment to use it. This tool is dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Please gradually increase the weight during normal use. Do not add too much weight at once to ensure that your waist is not damaged.
- When using the sled, the crowd of onlookers must keep a distance of 3 meters to avoid accidental injury.

In the component diagram, only SHK-007 can be used for 5 #, 6 #, and 11 #. The quantity of SHK-006 screws for 8 # is 4, while the quantity of SHK-007 screws is 6.
Installation steps

Arrange all components one by one according to the diagram, and fix them together with screws in the order shown in the diagram.

Fix the dumbbell stem and bottom plate together with screws as shown in the diagram. Pay attention to checking whether all components are tightened after assembly.

After the SHK-006 assembly is completed, the following installation steps will be added for the SHK-007 product assembly. -
Based on completing the assembly of SHK-006 as shown in the diagram, add fixed crossbars to complete the assembly of SHK-007. Pay attention to checking whether all components are tightened after assembly.

Note:
This picture shows the assembly drawing of the upgraded fitness sled. lf you
buy a basic training sled, the missing parts in the picture do not need to be
installed.
EXERCISING INFORMATION
Before starting to exercise
- How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout.
- Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks. Don’t be discouraged if it takes longer. It’s important to work at your own pace.
- Ultimately, you’ll be able to exercise continuously for 30 minutes. The better your aerobic fitness, the harder you will have to work to stay in your target zone.
