INSTRUCTIONS
- Open the rear cover of the remote control of the EMS Foot and Leg Massager InnovaGoods®, insert 2 batteries and close it again.
- Connect the remote control to the mat using the metal clips.
- Press button (1) to switch the device on.
- Press button (2) to select an EMS (electronic muscle stimulation) programme. The programmes correspond to the LED indicators (4), as shown in the illustration.
- Mode A: beginners, mode B: intermediate, mode C: advanced, mode D: professional, mode E: strength and mode F: resistance.
- Place the bare feet in the middle of the mat and in contact with it.
- Press button (1) to increase the intensity of the programme, or button (3) to reduce it.
- To switch off the device, press and hold button (3) for 3 seconds.
- You can clean the mat with a damp cloth and then dry it properly.
WARNINGS
Start by using the lowest programme and levels of intensity and increase them
gradually according to your needs and training. Do not use the device if you
are suffering from any inflammation or injuries in the area, if you suffer
from heart problems, if you have a pacemaker or other device fitted inside
your body, or if you are or might be pregnant. Do not mix new and used
batteries in the compartment. If you are not going to use the unit for a long
period of time, remove the battery. Do not expose batteries to high
temperature or direct sunlight. Do not attempt to open them. do not dispose of
them in fire, there is risk of explosion. Clean the device with a slightly
damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or materials to clean it. Do not
immerse in liquid. Do not handle it with wet hands. Do not use the device
close to a source of water or in damp places. Suitable for domestic use only.
Use the device for its intended purpose only. Store the product in a dry place
with no dust. To avoid risks, do not use it if any parts are damaged and do
not attempt to disassemble or repair it. This device is not designed for use
by children or people with physical and mental disabilities, unless they are
fully supervised by an adult who is responsible for their safety. This product
is not household waste, so follow the environmental standards for recycling.
Discard the product in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC.

products and follow these steps. Do not dispose of this product with household
waste. Following these instructions will help prevent harmful consequences to
personal and environmental safety.
