Product Usage Instructions:
1. Unboxing and Contents Check:
Upon receiving your MC310 printer, carefully unpack and check
that all components and accessories are included as per the
contents checklist provided in the manual.
2. Powering the Printer:
Connect the power cord and power supply to the printer. Power on
the printer using the designated power button.
3. Driver Installation:
Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable.
Install the MC310 XPS driver file by following the instructions on
your computer screen.
4. Registering Your Printer:
Visit www.maticagroup.com/register to register your printer. You
can also access the free CardExchange Producer Lite edition
software through the provided link.
5. Installing Ribbon Cartridge:
Open the top cover of the printer. Insert the ribbon cartridge
securely into the designated clips. Make sure to follow the card
orientation sticker inside the printer for correct placement.
6. Adjusting Card Thickness:
Set the card thickness lever to the appropriate setting based on
your card thickness. Close the top cover of the printer.
7. Ready to Print:
Your MC310 printer is now ready for printing!

Open the carton box · Remove accessory boxes. · Carefully remove the
printer and remove plastic. · Retain and store all
packing materials for future use. Any warranty returns should be sent in
original packaging.

Remove card feeder packaging · Open the front card feeder door and
remove the protective cardboard.
Install driver · Connect the USB memory key to a
computer and install the driver by selecting the MC310 XPS driver file.
Connect USB cable · Connect the printer to the computer
using the USB cable when instructed during driver installation.

Install the ribbon into the cartridge system · Place red reel into `FRONT
SIDE’ of cartridge
and push securely into clips. · Place grey reel into the other end of the
cartridge and push securely into clips.

Open printer · Push the top cover lever
away from you and lift the top cover.
Installing the ribbon cartridge into printer
Printer ribbon guides · Observe the guides to insert the ribbon cartridge. ·
The channel for the red reel is red. · The channel for the grey reel is dark
grey.
Inserting ribbon into printer · Place the reels into the appropriate
channel and slide the ribbon cartridge into place. · Close the top cover.

Connecting the rear hopper · If required, connect rear hopper
to rear end of the printer.

Loading cards · Open front card door and insert cards
according to the card orientation sticker inside.
Card thickness adjustment · Open the top cover, adjust the
card thickness lever to the appropriate card thickness and close the top
cover.
