Product Usage Instructions

Unboxing and Contents Check:
Open the carton box and check the contents against the provided checklist. Ensure all components and accessories are included.

Powering Your Printer:

1. Visit www.maticagroup.com/install to download and install the driver for the printer.
2. Connect the power supply to the printer.
3. Connect the USB cable to the printer and your computer.

Registering Your Printer:
Visit www.maticagroup.com/register to register your printer. This will allow you to receive driver and firmware updates.

Installing Ribbon and Cards:

1. Open the top cover of the printer.
2. Insert the ribbon into the designated slot.
3. Insert cards according to the orientation sticker inside the printer.
4. Adjust the card thickness lever to match your card thickness.
5. Close the top cover.

Ready to Print:
Your printer is now ready to start printing!

Open  the carton box

• Carefully remove the printer and remove the plastic.
• Remove the accessories package.
• Retain and store all packing materials for future use. Any warranty returns should be sent in original packaging.

Remove card feeder packaging

Open the front card feeder door and remove the protective cardboard.

Installing the ribbon into the printer

• Open printer
  • Push the top cover lever away from you and lift the top cover
• Insert ribbon into printer
  • Observe the ribbon guides to insert the ribbon.
  • The channel for the red reel is red.
  • The channel for the gray reel is dark gray.
  • Insert the red reel (1.) into the red channel as shown, with the widest diameter end on the right-hand side.
  • Insert/slide the gray reel (2.) into the gray channel

Loading cards
Open front card door and insert cards according to the card orientation sticker inside.

Card thickness adjustment
Open the top cover, adjust the card thickness lever to the appropriate card thickness and close the top cover.
