Product Usage Instructions

Analogue Display – Setting the Time:
Rotate the crown clockwise or anticlockwise to set the time. -
Digital Display – Features & Display Modes:
Includes seconds display, Activity monitor, Stopwatch, and Secondary Time Display modes. -
Calendar (Normal Mode) – Setting the Date:
While in Calendar/Normal Mode, input the current Year, Month, Date, Hours (24h format), and Minutes one after the other. Return to Normal Mode if no button is pressed for more than 30 seconds. -
Step Count & Activity Monitor:
The pedometer records step count for the past 7 days. Enter gender, weight, height, and stride length for daily calorie, distance, and walking time information. -
Setting User Details
In Step Count Mode, input User Gender, Units, User Height, Weight, and Stride Length consecutively. -
Viewing Current Activity Data:
In Step Count mode, view Calories Spent, Distance Covered, and Walking Duration. -
Viewing Past Activity Data:
In Step Count Mode, view Step Count, Calories Spent, Distance Covered, and Walking Duration. Press a button for 3 seconds to clear all past data. -
Stopwatch Mode:
The stopwatch records continuous running time up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.

Q: How do I reset the stopwatch time to zero?
A: The stopwatch time can be manually reset to zero after reaching the
maximum measurable time of 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.

Guarantee

Analogue Display
Setting the time (see image 1)
- Pull the crown out to the Time Setting Position (b) and turn the crown clockwise or anticlockwise to set time.
- Push the crown back to Normal Position (a).
Digital Display
Features & display modes (see image2)
- Pressing either button will illuminate the display for 3 seconds.
- Press 2 repeatedly to switch between Calendar, Step Count & Activity monitor, Stopwatch, and Secondary Time Display modes.
Calendar / Normal Mode
Setting the date (see image 3) While in Calendar / Normal Mode
- Press and hold 1 for 3 seconds to enter settings
- Press 1 to increase / 2 to decrease values.
- Press 1 + 2 together to confirm values and proceed to the next setting.
In this way, one after the other, input current Year, Month, Date, Hours (24h format) and Minutes*.
- Required for displaying the accurate date.
Note: If during setting no button is pressed for more than 30 seconds, the display will return to Normal Mode, saving the last input value.
Step Count & Activity Monitor
The built in pedometer records the user’s step count of the past 7 days (older
data is automatically overwritten). After entering information about gender,
weight, height, and length of stride, the activity monitor displays
information about the user’s daily spent calories, distance covered, and time
spent walking.
Setting user details (see image 4)
While in Step Count Mode
- Press and hold 1 for 3 seconds to enter settings.
- Press 1 to increase / 2 to decrease values.
- Press 1 + 2 together to confirm values and proceed to the next setting.
In this way, one after the other, input User Gender, Units, User Height, Weight, and Stride Length*.
Viewing current activity data (see image 5)
While in Step Count mode
- Press 1 repeatedly to in turn view current Step Count, Calories Spent, Distance Covered, and Walking Duration.
Viewing past activity data (see image 6)
While in Step Count Mode
- Press 1 + 2 together to display past activity data.
- Press 2 repeatedly to go back by day (up to day 7).
- Press 1 repeatedly for each day to in turn view Current Step Count, Calories Spent, Distance Covered, and Walking Duration.
- At any point press 1 + 2 together to get back to current activity data.
Note: While viewing past data, press 2 for 3 seconds to clear all past data.
Stopwatch Mode
The stopwatch provides a zero-based continuous, cumulative record of the
running time.
The maximum measurable time is 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds, after
which the time manually needs to be reset to zero.
Using the stopwatch (see image 8)
In Stopwatch Mode
- Press 1 to start timing.
- press 1 again to stop/pause timing.
- Press 2 to reset time to zero.
- While timing, press 2 to display interim (lap) time (time continues running).
- Press 2 again to return to the current running time.
Note: You can press 2 at any point for 3 seconds to leave Stopwatch mode. If timing, the counter will continue running in the background until you return to Stopwatch mode and stop and reset the timer manually.
Secondary Time Display
A secondary time can be displayed in this mode (e.g., a different time
zone/city).
Setting a secondary time (see image 9)
In Secondary Time Mode
- Press and hold 1 for 3 seconds to enter settings.
- Press 1 to increase / 2 to decrease values.
- Press 1 + 2 together to confirm values and proceed to the next setting.
In this way, one after the other, input Hours (24h format) and Minute.
Battery replacement
The battery should be replaced as soon as the digital display reads “LOW”
(displayed for 5 seconds every minute) (See image 10).

2 year guarantee against material and workmanship defects. The guarantee is valid in those countries where the watch is officially being sold. This guarantee does not include bracelet/straps and lenses. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.
