Overview of parameters to check:
parameter P7:| capacity of scale
00 means capacity of 500 kg (right setting for PS1000 scale)
01 means capacity of 600 kg
02 means capacity of 750 kg
03 means capacity of 800 kg
04 means capacity of 1000 kg (right setting for PS2000 scale)
05 means capacity of 1200 kg
06 means capacity of 1500 kg
07 means capacity of 2000 kg
---|---
parameter P9:| decimal point in calibration weight (if you have a calibration
weight, where you
need a decimal point, for example 310,5kg)
0 means no decimal
1 means one decimal digit
2, 3, 4 means the number of decimal digits
5 means no decimal digit and value multiplied by 10

calibration:
-
Switch on the scale and wait for normal weighting mode.
-
Press TARE and ON/OFF/ZERO for three seconds.
→ Indicator shows CAL.-? . Scale is ready for calibration. -
Press TARE to start calibration. (Exit with ON/OFF/ZERO)
-
Indicator shows CAP. – and after this the full capacity that iss et for this scale.
Indicator shows d. – and after this the value of division in settings. -
Indicator shows CAL.P0. Please move away any weight of the scale and press TARE to confirm empty scale.
-
Indicator shows CAL.P1. Please put the first calibration weight onto the scale. Use HOLD/PRINT (next digit) and UNITS (raise digit) to input the value of first calibration weight and use TARE to confirm.
-
Indicator shows CAL.P2. Please put the second calibration weight onto the scale. (The second calibration weight can be same as the first calibration weight, when it is ok for accuracy of calibration). Use HOLD/PRINT (next digit) and UNITS (raise digit) to input the value of first calibration weight and use TARE to confirm.
-
Indicator shows CAL.P0 once again. Please move away any weight of the scale and press TARE to confirm empty scale. The indicator unit will restart and return to normal weighting mode.
Please note: If indicator shows CAL.Er, an error occurred. Calibration will
start again after a short period. It shows CAL.P0 again.
The calibration requires a calibration weight of at least 100 kg (PS1000 /
