Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

  • Step 1: Install crossbeam F
    Required Accessories: Accessory code A, Quantity 4, Image F

  • Step 2: Install table feet C
    Required Accessories: Accessory code C, Quantity 8, Image F, Quantity 1, Image C

Operating Instructions :

  • Long press the button to raise the desk continually. The desk will stop when the button is released or at the max height.
  • Long press the button to lower the desk continually. The des  will stop when the button is released or at the lowest height.
  • Reset: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the screen shows ‘RES’. The desk will go down to its lowest level and come back up slightly.
  • Memory Position Operation: Long press the corresponding key for 3 seconds to save the current height position. Press the key directly to automatically move the desk to the saved position.

    1. Insert the transmission rod into the left hole.
    2. Loosen the knob and extend the transmission rod.
    3. Extend the transmission rod and insert it into the right hole.
    4. Tighten the knob.
    5. Tighten the screws.

Operating Instruction

  •     Long press the button to raise the desk continually, and desk will stop  when the button was released or at the max height (46.5″ / 118cm)
  • Long press the button to lower the desk continually, and desk will stop when the button was released or at the lowest height (28.3″ / 72cm)

Reset|

  • Press and hold the  button for 5 seconds, and the screen will show ‘RES’.
  • Continue holding until the desk goes down to its lowest level and comes back up slightly.

Memory Position Operation| When the desk is still, long press ” ” or ” ” for 3 seconds, then the current height position will be saved to the corresponding key. After the memory is set, press ” ” or ”  “directly, and the desk will automatically go to the recorded position of the corresponding key.
Children’s Lock| Press and hold  and keys together for 5 seconds, and the controller will display LOC. It indicates that the system is locked and cannot lift or lower the system. In the locking state, press and hold    and keys together for 5 seconds and the controller display will change from LOC to normal numeric display. It indicates that the system is unlocked.
Energy Saving Mode|

  • After one minute, if no operation is performed, the controller enters the energy saving mode.
  • In this case, the controller display will be off and enter low power consumption state.
  • You can press any key to exit the energy saving mode.

Protection Mode Error Codes

Hot| Overheating Protection: When the motor has been working continuously for 5 minutes, it will stop operating to prevent damage from overheating. Wait for at least 15 minutes before making any further height adjustment.
E10| Sensor malfunction warning: Motor safety sensor cannot be detected. Please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables and connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.
E20| Overloading Warning: Over the max of loading weight. Power off, take the things off the desk, power back on, and try again.
E02| Operation Status Warning: The desk stops moving if vibration, impact, or incline is detected. If this detection is incorrect, follow the reset instructions before continuing use.
E32| Overvoltage Protection: Input voltage too high. If the correct AC adapter is being used, please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables and connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.
E31| Undervoltage Protection: Input voltage too low. If the correct AC adapter is being used, please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables and connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.
| Cable Disconnection Warning: Please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables and connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.

Warranty does not cover the following situations:
