Introduction
The ProtoArc FLO1 is a ultra-light gaming headset built with electroplating surface, RGB flowing light, crystal-clear sound and superior comfort. Its 50mm drivers position sound directly into the ear for audio precision and game- grade sound quality. The soft memory foam and adjustable headband ets you game in total comfort.

Usage (PC)
To connect the headset to the computer (or other device) that has both a headphone jack and a microphone jack, you need to use the included PC extension cable. Connect the headset’s 3.5mm plug to the female jack on the PC extension cable. Then plug the two 3.5mm jacks of the extension cable into the corresponding audio jack (green) and voice jack on the PC (red). If you only want to use the audio, you can just plug the main 3.5 mm port to the headphone input. Plug the USB jack into your computer to use the RGB flowing light.
Usage (PlayStationTM 4)
To use the headset with PlayStationTM 4 (PS4TM), connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the PS4T game controller and follow these steps:
- Turn on the game console
- Navigate to the Settings menu and select it Select Sound/Devices>Output to headphones> All Audio
Usage (PlayStationT 5)
To use the headset with PlayStationTM 5 (PS5), connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset directly to the PS5 game controller and follow thesesteps:
- Turn on the game console
- Press the PlayStationT button once to bring up the Control Centre
- Select Sound> Output Device > Headset (Controller)
Usage (Nintendo@ Switch)
To use the headset with Nintendo Switch, connect the 3.5mm plug on the headset
directly to your Nintendo® Switch.
Note: If the game you play does not support voice chat, you need to use
the Nintendo Switch Online app to use voice chat.
Usage (Other devices)
To use the headset with other devices with a 3.5mm headphone jack, connect the 3.5mm plug directly into the headset jack on your device.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: The microphone is not working.
Answer:
- Please make sure the 3.5mm headset jack is fully plugged into the audio jack on your gaming devices and the microphone is not muted. Try to unplug it and plug it in again.
- Check the audio setting and version on your console. Please make sure the system of controller version is the newest.
For PS 4 user
Please follow these steps Go to Setting >> Devices >> Audio Devices >> Output
to Headphones>> All Audio >>Turn on ‘Switch Output Device Automatically’.
For Xbox One user
Go to Setting>> Turn on the Headset mic’>> Increase all the audio setting.
Xbox one headset no gameplay sounds or no party chat: Home-Setting-Go down the
Audio-Headset chat mixer–Turn down a little bit if it is all up to the human
icon
For Nintendo® Switch user
Go to setting and turn on the Voice Chat’ and make sure your game supports the
Audio Chat.
For PC user
Please make sure the audio cable adapter is connected with the headset. Open
up the ‘Control Panel’ >> “Hardware and Sound’>> ‘Sound’>> Right-click on the
option and select ‘Set as Default Device’.
- If the mic works on your cellphone/tablet, we suspect it’s the problem of your gaming platform audio setting. Please check the corresponding instructive part of your device setting or get help from the original manufacturer of your gaming device.
- If the mic does not work on your cellphone/tablet either, please contact us via Amazon or email us via our official support inbox: support@protoarc.com for further help.
Question 2: The LED light is not working.
Answer:
- Please make sure the USB cable is plugged into any kind of USB power port like your console, wall charger, power bank, etc.
