2.4G Connection

1. Turn the power switch to ON.
   Unfold the Keyboard.

2. Take out the USB receiver.

3. Plug into the computer USB port.

4. Press the channel switch button until the © light is on, the mouse enters into 2.4G USB channel.
   Single press  channel button, and the indicator light flashes slowly, enter into 2.4 G USB channel.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Turn the power switch to ON.
   Unfold the Keyboard.

2. Press the channel switch button until the 1/2 indicator light is on, the mouse enters the Bluetooth channel. Long press the channel switch button for 3-5 seconds again, until the 81 / 82 light flashes quickly, then the mouse enters the Bluetooth pairing mode.Single press channel button, and the indicator light flashes once to enter the Bluetooth channel. Long press this Bluetooth channel button for 3-5 seconds again, the indicator light flashes quickly, then the keyboard enters into the Bluetooth pairing mode.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select “ProtoArc XKM01 LX” and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.

Charging Guide

1. When low power, the indicator light will turn red and flash quickly.
2. Insert the Type-C port into the mouse or keyboard and the USB-A port into the computer to charge, the red light stays on while charging.
3. The indicator light turns off when fully charged.

Notice : If the mouse or keyboard is low battery, there will be delays, freezes and other problems. Please connect to the power supply for charging in a timely manner to ensure that the mouse or keyboard has sufficient battery power to get normal performance.

Keyboard and mouse

• If Bluetooth connection is not working properly, fold the keyboard to turn off its power, then unfold the keyboard again to restart the device’s Bluetooth and attempt to reconnect. Or delete the extra Bluetooth option name in the Bluetooth connection list of the device and reconnect.
• To switch to a successfully connected channel, press the channel button and wait for 3 seconds before continuing to use.
• The keyboard and mouse have a memory function. When they are connected on a specific channel, turn off the keyboard and mouse and turn on again, they will automatically connect to the default channel and this channel indicator is on. 65W

Charging Station

• When used separately, USB-C1 and USB-C2 can support a maximum output of 65W each, providing power for laptops. When all three ports are used simultaneously, the power output will be intelligently redistributed among the ports. In this case, the three ports will share the charger’s output power. When USB-A is used individually, the maximum power is 30W.
• When both USB-C2 and USB-A are used simultaneously, they will share 15W of power. These ports are primarily designed to power low-power devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, cameras, headphones, etc.

1. Please check whether the charged device is compatible with the product voltage firstly.
2. When charging multiple USB ports simultaneously, the power of the charger will be intelligently distributed upon inserting into the USB port, and it will reassign the charging power for each charging device.
3. To ensure safety and efficiency, it is strongly recommended to use the original charging cable or a third-party certified charging cable to power the device.
4. Only using for indoor and dry environment, avoid using in high temperature, humidity and oily environment. It is forbidden to use after seeping liquid or throwing into fire. Pay attention to moisture and waterproof.
5. It is strictly forbidden to place the product in a strong magnetic field environment.
6. Avoid placing it in the reach of infants and children.
7. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and repair without authorization.

FAQ (USB Type-C Hub)

Q1: Why is there no video output?
A1: a. Please make sure that the laptop is equipped with Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 / USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port (Supports PD), which supports usb c display transfer. b. If it is Thunderbolt 3 laptop, please try to update system BIOS, Thunderbolt 3 driver, Thunderbolt 3 NVM firmware, and graphics (GPU) driver from the system manufacturer. c. Ensure sufficient power supply to connect external monitors. d. Check the HDMI cable or monitor if can work properly.

Q2: Why can’t I use the mouse/keyboard/hard drive via the product?
A2: Please plug in the Laptop’s power adapter to the USB-C PD port or connect the AC power adapter to the laptop before using. If the issue insists, please feel to contact us.

Q3: Why does the USB-C PD port doesn’t work?
A3: The USB-C PD supports power INPUT up to 100W. Please plug in the Laptop’s power adapter to the USB-C PD port and make sure the laptop supports PD function.

Sleep Mode (Keyboard)

1. When the keyboard is not used for more than 30 minutes, it will automatically enter the sleep mode and the indicator light will be off.
2. When you use the keyboard again, you only need to press any key, and the keyboard will wake up within 3 seconds. The indicator will light up again and starts to work.
