- Long press the button to raise the desk continually, and the desk will stop when the button was released or at the max height (46.5″ / 118cm)
- Long press the button to lower the desk continually, and the desk will stop when the button is released or at the lowest height (28.3″ / 72cm)

| Overheating Protection: When the motor has been working continuously for 5 minutes, it will stop operating to prevent damage from overheating. Wait for at least 15 minutes before making any further height adjustment.

| Sensor malfunction warning: The motor safety sensor cannot be detected. Please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.

| Overloading Warning: Over the max of loading weight. Power off, take the things off the desk, power back on, and try again.

| Operation Status Warning: The desk stops moving if vibration, impact, or incline is detected. If this detection is incorrect, follow the reset instructions before continuing use.

| Overvoltage Protection: Input voltage too high. If the correct AC adapter is being used, please power off, unplug the cables of the controller, wait for 5 minutes, then plug in the cables connect the power again, and perform RES settings again.

- The electric standing desk features a 3-year warranty for the frame and a 2-year warranty for the controller, electronics, and other mechanisms

- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use. The warranty does not cover the following situations:
