Inateck PCL005 Stylus Pencil

Note:

Before using this stylus pen, please finish the below initial settings on your iPad.

  1. Make sure that your iPadOS is NOT lower than 12.2;
  2. Go to Settings – Apple Pencil – Turn off “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”
  3. Go to Settings – Bluetooth, disconnect the original Apple Pencil.

Magnetic Adsorption

The stylus can be easily attached to the side of an iPad which supports magnetic attachment function.
Compatible with : iPad Pro 11 inch (1st4th generation), iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd6th generation), iPad Air 10.9 inch (4th-5th generation), iPad Mini (6th generation),iPad Pro 13 (M4),iPad Pro 11 (M4),iPad Air 13 (M2) iPad Air 11 (M2).

Disassembly of Stylus Tip

The stylus tip can be easily disassembled/ installed by gently twisting it off.

Power On/Of

Slide the stylus cap up once to turn on the stylus;
Slide the stylus cap up twice continuously to turn off the stylus.

Bluetooth Pairing

Step 1 : Slide the stylus cap up once to turn on the stylus and then the stylus will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Step 2 : On your iPad, go to Settings – Bluetooth – Turn on Bluetooth, “Inateck PCL005” will appear in the “Other Devices” list at this time.
Step 3 : Click on “Inateck PCL005” in the list, and a “Bluetooth pairing request” window will pop up. Then, click “Pair”. Once “Inateck PCL005” shows “Connected” under “My Devices”, it indicates that the connection is successful.

Check Battery Level

When the stylus is successfully connected to your iPad, you can check the battery level in the following ways:

  1. When the iPad is on the home screen, swipe right to Today’s View page, and the remaining battery level of the stylus can be viewed through the battery widget. If there is no battery widget, you can long press the screen to add it.

  2. When the iPad is on the home screen, long press the screen to add the battery widget to view the remaining battery level of the stylus.

Sleep Mode

When the stylus is idle for 5 minutes, it will enter sleep mode.

Charging

When the battery widget shows that the battery level of the stylus is lower than 20%, it is recommended to charge it. You can slide up the stylus cap, and use the USB cable included in the package for charging.
The battery widget will display the charging status and the stylus can be fully charged in about 15 minutes.
