SAFETY INFORMATION
- To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods, do not use the headphones while driving or cycling, or in any situation where you should be able to hear other sounds.
- As a guide to setting the volume level, check that you can still hear your own voice when speaking normally while listening with the headphones.
SETTING UP YOUR HEADSET[

- Insert the Stereo headset’s 3.5mm audio plug into the PS4/PS5 controller audio output jack.
- Navigate to Settings>> Devices>>Audio Devices.
- Set Input & Output devices to headset connected to controller.
- Set Output to headphones to All Audio.
- Select Adjust microphone level and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your microphone.
WARNING: Extended exposure to high volumes when using your headset may result in permanent hearing loss.

- Mic Boom up to mute.
- Mic Boom down to unmute.
NOTE:
For optimal microphone performance, make sure to adjust the microphone
sensitivity in the audio settings of your gaming console. This should be
checked each time you play as different games, different controllers, and
different consoles all impact microphone performance. It may also help to
unplug the headset cable and plug-in back into the controller.
ADJUST VOLUME
Turn volume dial on-ear cup to preferred audio level.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems, try the solutions below:
No sound from your headset.
- Check that 3.5mm plug is securely connected to the controller audio output jack .
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Check that the volume dial is not turned to minimum.
Your Mic is not transmitting sound.
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Move mic down from vertical (mute) position
- Move your microphone closer to your mouth.
