Warm Tips:
Please charge it before use. It takes around 2 hours to fully charge. Only use the cable provided to charge the product.

Install Printing Paper

  1. Open the paper slot
  2. Install the print paper
  3. Place the paper face down
  4. Close the paper slot (Be sure to leave an extra 1 inch of paper)

Warm Tips:

  • When you need to open the paper slot, please try it open in the direction indicated. Do not use brute force to avoid damaging the machine.
  • When printing blank or paper jam, please check whether the paper roll is installed backward.
  • Correct installation of printing paper, please refer to picture 2 above.
  • It needs to open the paper slot to leave the roll paper 1 inch outside before first printing as the above picture shows, then it can print automatically.

How to connect Bluetooth printer

iOS connection method

  1. Enable Bluetooth connection on your mobile device, and turn on WIFI or GPS and thermal Bluetooth printer.
  2. Open the WalkPrint APP as shown, Select the “Profile” option.
  3. Select the “My printer” option and proceed to the next step.
  4. In the list of Bluetooth, select the Bluetooth device named ‘YHK-XXXX’, where XXXX can be a combination of digits and letters. Click to connect and the device can be used after successfully connected.

Warm Tips:
It must work with WIFI or GPS, or else it can’t print.

Android connection method

  1. Enable Bluetooth connection on your mobile device, turn on WIFI or GPS, and thermal Bluetooth printer
  2. Open the WalkPrint APP as shown, Select the “Mine” option.
  3. Select the “My printer” option and proceed to the next step.
  4. In the list of Bluetooth, select the Bluetooth device named ‘YHK-XXXX’, where XXXX can be a combination of digits and letters. Click to connect and the device can be used after successfully connected

Warm Tips:
It must work with WIFI or GPS, or else it can’t print.

How to Print Image

  1. On the Homepage of the APP, select “Print picture” to enter the printing process.
  2. After entering “Print picture”, you can click the “Take a photo” option to take a photo directly print or click “Photos” to select from your phone’s photo albums to print.
  3. After entering “Picture processing” select “Insert” (top right corner) to the next step.
  4. After importing the image, you can adjust the size according to your need, and then select in the upper right corner to proceed next step.
  5. After entering the print preview, you can adjust the image density according to your needs (iOS: default medium density is 20 ), and then select to print (upper right corner).
  6. The printer will automatically print out images after receiving printing instructions.
  7. On the Homepage, you can click to scan the QR and print the content you scanned.

  1. On the Homepage of the APP, select “Picture print” to enter the printing process
  2. After entering “Picture print”, you can click the “Taking pictures” option to take a photo directly print or click “Photo album” to select from your phone’s photo albums to print.
  3. After entering “Picture” select “Insert” (top right corner) to the next step.
  4. After importing the image, you can adjust the size according to your need, and then select in the upper right corner to proceed next step
  5. After entering the Preview, you can adjust the image density according to your needs (Android: default medium density is 25. ), and then select Print (upper right corner).
  6. The printer will automatically print out images after receiving printing instructions.
  7. On the Homepage, you can click to scan QR and print the content you scanned.

Warm Tips:

  1. Please do not open the paper slot during the printing process or just after printing. Let the print head cool down sufficiently before replacing the printing paper.
  2. Do not pull out the print paper when the paper slot is closed as this may damage the printer.
  3. Please keep the printing paper clean and dry to avoid dust or stains affecting the printing effect.
  4. This printer contains a roll of printing paper, so it will make a noise when you shake or move the printer, but this does not affect the quality of the product, so please feel free to use it.
  5. If the machine works continuously or spasmodically for a long time, it may pause when the temperature of the motor gets too hot. After resting for some time, it can work again. Duty cycle: printed 7 papers have a rest for 30mins.

How to use the New Note Function

  1. Select to enter the New Note interface to print text messages.
  2. Edit and input the text or select more content (e.g.: picture/sticker/more) that needs to be printed, and click to the next step (upper right corner).
  3. After entering the printing “Print preview”, you can adjust the font density as needed (iOS: default medium density is 20).
  4. Adjust the font density and click to print (top right corner).
  5. The printer will automatically print out text after receiving printing instructions.

How to use Labels/Label printing

  2. Select “Labels” from Home/Life Style/Decoration to print as you need.

  1. Open the Homepage and enter the “Label printing” interface.
  2. Select “Label printing” from Home/Lifestyle/Decoration to print as you need.

Power supply

  • The power adapter should use the specified 5V/1A and other types of adapters may conflict with this product.
  • Regular charging of the product every month is to ensure the life of the product, while the prolonged period of idle or low battery level may lead to battery life issues.
  • Only use the charging cable provided to charge the camera.
  • The built-in battery is not removable and replaceable, if damaged should contact service and repair.

Safety instruction

  • Keep the appliance away from all hot surfaces and naked flames.
  • Always put the appliance on a level, stable, clean, dry surface.
  • Protect the appliance from extreme heat and cold, dust, direct sunlight, humidity, and drops or jets of water.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Do not open the housing under any circumstances.
  • Do not introduce any objects into the interior of the housing.
  • Please wipe the surface stains with a dry cloth. When cleaning this product, ensure that the charger is disconnected.
  • Regular checking cables and products in case it’s damaged. If it is damaged, stop using it immediately
  • It contains small parts, not suitable for use by a child under the age of three!
  • Guardians should keep watch over children while they play.
