Product Battery Safety

ATTENTION:  BATTERY SAFETY: KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

The electronic toy tray requires 3 x AAA 1.5 Volt alkaline type batteries (not included). To fit and / or replace batteries:

  1. Loosen the screw on the battery compartment cover with a suitable screwdriver.
  2. Press the tab and remove the battery compartment cover.
  3. Remove the spent batteries and fit new batteries, ensuring that they have been fitted with the correct polarity, as shown inside the battery compartment.
  4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

Product Assembly

Wheels Assembly

Unpack all contents and check that all parts are present before starting assembly. Please refer to the parts list.

  1. Insert the directional front wheels by aligning the pins of the wheels into their housing located at the front of the walker. Press until they reach the white lip. WARNING! Ensure you have installed wheels correctly before continuing.
  2. Insert the back wheels into their housing located at the rear of the walker. Ensure to align the hole in the wheel with the housing holes, then insert the wheel pin to secure in place. Pull on wheels to ensure they are properly inserted.

Frame Assembly

  1. Pull up the rear of the walker until it clicks into position.
  2. Lift the tray and seat into position.
  3. Lift the front leg of walker and insert into the base. A click will signal when secure.

Seat Unit Assembly

  1. Attach the seat backrest to the seat ring within the frame of the walker. Insert the clips into the allocated slots. Push firmly until they click into place.
  2. With the pattern side facing up, place the seat cushion over the seat backrest and ring. Gently push the crotch section through the ring to form the seat and align the tabs with the corresponding notches.

Product Usage Instructions

  • Before using the walker, ensure that all parts are properly assembled and that the walker is on a flat surface free of objects that could cause it to tip over.
  • Do not use the walker if it is damaged or broken.
  • Only use the walker for babies between the age of 6-12 months and up to a maximum weight of 12 kg.
  • Do not use the walker for babies that can already walk unassisted.
  • Do not use the walker until the baby can sit upright by itself.
  • Never leave the child unattended while in the walker. Always keep the child in view while in the walker.
  • Clean friction components regularly to maintain stopping performance.
  • Keep the child away from hot liquids, cook tops, radiators, space heaters, fireplaces etc. to avoid burns.
  • Block stairs/steps securely before using walker to avoid serious injury or death.
  • For indoor use only.
  • To fit and / or replace batteries for the electronic toy tray, follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

IMPORTANT

  • Adult assembly required.
  • Read all instructions before assembly and use of the product.
  • This baby walker is intended to be used by children who can sit up unaided, from approximately 6 months. It is not intended for children weighing more than 12kg and/or more than 78cm in height.
  • Do not allow child to stand on the walker seat.
  • Take care when unpacking and during assembly.
  • Dispose of all packaging materials carefully after assembly.
  • Regularly check that all fittings remain tight. Tighten if required.
  • Inspect the product before all assembly and periodically during use.
  • Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, joints or broken parts.
  • Any additional or replacement parts should only be obtained from the manufacturer or distributer.
  • Never substitute parts.

CAUTION: FOR INDOOR USE ONLY

  • The walker is intended for indoor use only.
  • The wheels of the walker may scratch some painted, polished or wooden floors. Before using the walker, carefully assess the walker’s potential impact on flooring in areas where it may be used.

Battery Safety

ATTENTION:  BATTERY SAFETY: KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

CAUTION:  To prevent possible battery leakage, be sure to follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Alkaline batteries are recommended for longer battery life.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
  • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
  • Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
  • Batteries are to be inserted correctly by matching the + and – polarity markings.
  • Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
  • The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
  • Dispose of exhausted batteries properly.
  • Remove batteries when product is stored for long periods of time.
    • Use a small slotted head screwdriver (not included) to open the battery compartment door on the toy bar.
    • Insert the battery as indicated inside the battery door and re-attach the battery compartment door with screw.
  • This walker produces flashes that may trigger epilepsy in sensitized individuals.

Parts List

Assembly

Wheels Assembly

Unpack all contents and check that all parts are present before starting assembly. Please refer to the parts list.

  1. Insert the directional front wheels (E) by aligning the pins of the wheels into their housing located at the front of the walker. Press until they reach the white lip.
    • WARNING: Ensure you have installed wheels correctly before continuing.
  2. Insert the back wheels (F) into their housing located at the rear of the walker. Ensure to align the hole in the wheel with the housing holes, then insert the wheel pin (G) to secure in place.
    • Pull on wheels to ensure they are properly inserted.

Frame Assembly

  1. Pull up the rear of the walker (A) until it “clicks” into position.
  2. Lift the tray and seat into position.
  3. Lift the front leg of walker and insert into the base. A “click” will signal when secure.

Seat Unit Assembly

  1. Attach the seat backrest (B) to the seat ring within the frame of the walker. Insert the clips into the allocated slots. Push firmly until they “click” into place.
  2. With the pattern side facing up, place the seat cushion (C) over the seat backrest and ring. Gently push the crotch section through the ring to form the seat and align the tabs with the corresponding notches.
  3. Turn the walker upside down. Hook the seat cushion tabs onto the notches located along the edge of the seat ring in the frame of the walker.
    • WARNING:  Ensure all 8 tabs are securely fastened.

Seat Height Adjustment

WARNING:  Always remove the child before adjusting the walker. The walker has 2 height positions.

  • Fasten the buckle to adjust the seat height to the desired height position.

Battery Installation

The electronic toy bar (D) requires “3 x AAA” 1.5 Volt alkaline type batteries (not included). To fit and /or replace batteries: loosen the screw on the battery compartment cover with a suitable screwdriver and remove the battery compartment cover by pressing the tab. Remove the spent batteries and replace with new batteries, ensuring that they have been inserted with the correct polarity, as shown inside the battery compartment. Replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.

  • To swith on the music and lights, slide the power button to the right. Slide the power button back to the left to switch o the music and lights. This same switch is used to adjust the volume control.

Toy Bar Assembly

  1. Assemble toy bar (D) to the upper tray. Insert the ends of the toy bar into their corresponding holes.
  2. Secure the toy bar to the walker with bolts (H).

Folding

  1. Remove the toy bar from the walker by unscrewing the bolts (H). Remove the ends of the toy bar (D) from their corresponding holes.
  2. Press the button on the front leg of the walker and pull out the front leg from the base.
  3. Fold front leg under the seat.
  4. Simultaneously press the rectangular buttons located at the bottom of each leg and gently fold down from the rear of the walker.

Care

Maintenance

  • The correct use and maintenance of this walker is essential.
  • This product requires regular maintenance to keep it in good working order.
  • Regularly check all parts of the product to ensure that they are operating correctly and for signs of wear or damage.
  • Do not use this product if any part is broken, torn or missing and use only spares provided by the manufacturer.

Cleaning

  • Cold machine wash the seat pad. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.
  • Do not dryclean. Dry thoroughly before re-use or storage. Not intended for repeated washing.
  • Wipe the frame clean with a damp soft cloth. NEVER use bleach.
  • Clean the plastic parts with a damp cloth and dry immediately with a soft clean cloth.
  • Clean friction strips regularly with a damp cloth.
  • Never clean any part of the walker with abrasive pads, ammonia based, bleach based or spirit type cleaners.
  • Ensure the product is completely dry before use or storage.
  • Always ensure the walker is stored in a dry place to prevent mould or mildew developing. Do not store near any heat sources or in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the fabric to fade.
