INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLING THE MOUNTING BRACKET ON THE POLE OR TRIPOD
- To install the mounting bracket to the pole or tripod, place the U bolt around the pole and through the V block clamp and weather station mounting bracket. Fasten it in place with nuts as shown.
- Remove the bolts from the top of the mounting assembly. Place the weather station with the plug unattached on the mounting bracket. Ensure the holes are aligned and reinstall the bolts through the weather station.
- The next step is to install the plug into the weather station. Take note of which side the notch is on the cable and the protrusion on the weather station. The smaller side of the cable will connect to the weather station.
- Push the cable in and rotate the end collar on the cable to thread it onto the weather station and lock it into place.
- To install the plug into the AirMetER, take note of which side the notch is on the cable and the protrusion on the AirMetER unit.
- Push the cable in and rotate the end collar on the cable to thread it onto the AirMetER and lock it into place. Installation is now complete.
