Welcome to the EasyTouch family! Thank you for purchasing the EasyTouch remote control. With this remote control, you are ready to operate your Forest Shuttle™ and Forest tubular motors effortlessly. In this manual, you will find all the information you need to get the most out of your EasyTouch.

General
Read this installation guide and the safety instructions carefully before you start using this Forest product. Follow the instructions given in this manual and keep this manual for the entire life of the product. This manual describes the use and commissioning of the
EasyTouch. Any installation or use that falls outside the scope defined by Forest is not permitted. Ignoring the instructions in this manual will void all liability and warranty of Forest Group.

This function applies only to Forest Link 2 motors.

Place or Change the battery

  1. Press and slide the back cover from the remote control upward, exposing the battery compartment.
  2. Insert the batteries, paying attention to match up the (+) and (-) ends of the batteries with the symbols inside the battery compartment.
  3. Slide the battery cover back into place.

Select channel

  1. Navigate with or
  2. LED indicates the channel number
  3. Repeat the above, to activate again.

Child lock: locks all programming functions

  1. Press for 10 seconds
  2. LED flickers 1x
  3. Repeat the above, to activate again.

Set number of channels

  1. Press for 3 seconds the LED flickers
  2. Set the number of active channels with the buttons
  3. Press to approve
  4. The LED flickers 3 times
    Note : if all LEDs are lit, that is channel 0 (all channels moving together)

Switch Protocol
Note : if you only have Forest motors without the Forest Link 2 protocol, you can switch from dual to single protocol for legacy compatibility.

  1. Remove the batteries
  2. Press reinstall the batteries
  3. the LED flickers 1x

  • Do not let children play with the remote control

Troubleshooting

  1. During use, when the remote control distance is significantly shorter or less sensitive, please check whether the battery needs to be replaced
  2. When the battery voltage is insufficient, an orange LED will flicker upon pressing a button, signaling the need for battery replacement.
