Product Usage Instructions

Event Information
Attendees will visit the booth during the specified time slots mentioned in the agenda for SAFETM Forum and SFF.

Requirement Dead-Line
Submit the company logo and booth material by 20th June to the partner portal. Logo specifications: .AI, .PSD (higher than CS4), CMYK type. Alternative: .JPG (higher than 5000x2000px, 140dpi).

Set Up / Preparation Time
Set up/preparation/maintenance should be done on 9th July from 07:00-08:00. Clean-up should be completed on the same day from 18:00-19:00.

Booth Details
Provided booth equipment includes an LCD TV. Partner booth dimensions are W990mm x L495mm H:2480mm. Required items to bring include a laptop, adapters, USB drive with backup presentation, and a giveaway (optional).
For the booth, you will need a 43-inch LCD TV, an HDMI cable/HDMI to C type cable, USB connection, power strip, and a table (W990mm x L495mm).The partner booth will be placed in a blue area.

FAQ

  • Parking Availability
    Parking is available, and an all-day parking ticket will be provided.

  • Wireless Internet Availability
    Wireless internet is available, but public Wi-Fi may be slow. A portable hotspot is recommended.

  • Registration
    All booth duties for SAFETM Forum will be registered by the event organizers.

  • Booth Position Selection
    Booth positions are pre-assigned and cannot be selected.

  • Set-Up Deadline
    All partner booths must be set up and ready by 8:00 a.m. on the event day.

  • We recommend bring the backup version on the event day by yourself through USB or laptop.

  • All partner booths must be ready by 8:00 a.m. Set-up and clean-up should be done in scheduled time.
