Introduction
The brand-new, high-performance Infinity Marine amplifiers are weatherproof and produce remarkable power from a small chassis that can handle outside conditions. both a 4-channel and a 5-channel output is offered. Our most recent amplifier topology, which includes selectable all-, high-, or low-pass crossovers with variable electronic frequency adjustment for precise system tuning, is used in Infinity Marine amplifiers. Infinity Marine amplifiers are the ideal complement to all of your Infinity marine products because they are designed for harsh marine environments and have the power and performance to meet the demands of any outdoor audio system.

HOW TO CONNECT STEREO TO MARINE AMP
The most common method is using the RCA preamp output jacks on the back of the stereo. You can identify the wires by color coding used to separate right and left stereo channels. Some stereos also have RCA inputs so be careful to not to mix them up.
HOW TO BRIDGE A 4 CHANNEL AMPLIFIER
Connect the amp’s front left positive output terminal to the left speaker’s positive terminal for the outputs, and the amp’s front right negative output terminal to the speaker’s left terminal (well, these connection are made to the crossover box, actually).
HOW TO MATCH SPEAKER TO AMPLIFIER
However, you shouldn’t connect speakers with a lower impedance (such as 4 ohms) to an amplifier with a greater minimum impedance. Instead, connect speakers with a higher impedance to an amplifier capable of operating with a lower impedance (10 ohms, for example).
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF AN AMPLIFIER
- Avoid temperature extremes and maintain good ventilation.
- Keep your amplifier dry and away from liquids.
- Transport securely and handle with care.
- When you switch on the amp, keep the volume down.
- When not in use, cover the amp with a dust cover.
- If necessary, swap out the tubes in your valve amplifier.
FAQs
What’s the wats rms?****
Apparently the seller doesn’t know wtf they’re selling. These are the amp
ratings-
Max Power1800W Peak
RMS Power Output @ 2Ω (subwoofer)500W x 1, <1% THD+N
RMS Power Output @ 4Ω (subwoofer)320W x 1, <1% THD+N
RMS Power Output @ 4Ω (full-range)45W x 4, <1% THD+N
RMS Power Output @ 2Ω (full-range)65W x 4, <1% THD+N
RMS Power Output @ 4Ω Bridged (full-range)130W x 2, <1% THD+N
Is this the 4 channel or 5 channel?****
Our Infinity Mobile Marine Grade comes with 5-channel and 4-channel outputs.
Pictures show 5 channel but the description is of a 4 channel. Which one are you selling?****
Our Marine M704A is a 4-channel marine amplifier. 70 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (100 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms) or 200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms in bridged mode (4-ohm stable in bridged mode).
A four channel amp can power how many speakers?****
A 4-channel amplifier, for instance, might be able to drive up to 8 speakers. In fact, you will be able to draw up to twice as much power from the amp if you wire it properly.
A four channel amp can power what?****
An amplifier with four channels powers: Four speakers; Two speakers and a subwoofer—by bridging two of the channels, a four-channel amplifier can power a subwoofer as well as two rear full-range speakers.
What power output should my amplifier have for my speakers?****
For a stereo pair of speakers, the amplifier should be rated at 700 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
A four channel amp has how many watts?****
A 4 channel amplifier has several functions, including remote control of the subwoofer level, tri-mode operation, bridgeable channels, and a maximum bridged power of 1000W.
What is the ideal wattage for an amp?****
If you’re looking for an amp to use while performing live, you should think about getting one that is 50 watts and larger (12–15 inches). If you intend to perform in large settings, you can choose an amp with a greater power rating of at least 100 watts.
How many amps can the #4 handle?****
How many amps can a wire of gauge 4 support? Its rated ampacity at 75 °C is 85 amps. Accordingly, the 4 gauge wire can securely manage up to 85 amps of current during typical operation.
A marine amplifier can it be wet?****
Because marine amplifiers are waterproof, they may continue to play music even after getting wet.
How many channels is a marine amplifier required?****
A 2-channel amplifier is a workable alternative if you only need to power one set of speakers and have a smaller boat or simply don’t want a big sound system. Get a 4-channel amp now, though, so you’ll be prepared if you decide you’d like to add more speakers in the future.
Do four maritime speakers require an amplifier?****
The majority of maritime stereos come equipped with an amplifier, some of which are very powerful. It is extremely feasible to obtain sound of high quality.
What power output should a maritime radio have?****
Depending on the height of the antenna, boaters frequently attach radios that have a legal maximum output of 25 watts and can communicate across distances of up to 60 miles.
Does sound quality increase with wattage?****
Yes, it is true that speakers play louder and clearer at higher power levels (watts). However, slight variations in power don’t produce much of an audible difference.
What occurs if the amp is set too high?****
Speakers may not be able to handle an amp’s power. The amount of electrical energy that speakers can transform into audio is a constraint. In general, distortion or clipping may result from an amplifier producing more electrical energy than the speakers can handle, but damage is generally avoided.
