Welcome to the Quick Guide for the neoStat and HM-PRT Thermostat series!
This guide is designed to help you navigate the essential functions of these devices. In this guide, you’ll learn how to effortlessly set the language, take control of the temperature settings, activate frost protection, configure the clock, and program schedules to suit your lifestyle. Let’s dive in and make the most of your thermostat’s capabilities!
Set the preferred language
Navigate using the <> keys to select , then press and hold the ✓ key.
Press the ✓ key once when SETUP is highlighted.
Continue using the <> keys until you reach LANGUAGE at the top of the display.
Press the ✓ key to enter the language setup.
Select your desired language using the <> keys.
Press the ✓ key to confirm your selection.
Heating On / Temperature control
To make a temporary change to the temperature setting press the ∨ or ∧ key,
set your desired temperature, press ✓ .
If the set temperature is above the room temperature the symbol will be
displayed, indicating the heating is now on.
This set temperature will be maintained until the next comfort level.
Heating Off / Frost protection
To enable frost protection, use the <> keys to select then press the ✓ key
once. The symbol will be displayed.
In this mode the heating will be turned off, but if the temperature falls
below your frost protection temperature, the heating will then turn on.
To return to your heating schedule, disable frost protection by using the <> keys to select then press ✓ , the symbol will disappear.

Settig the clock
Use the <> keys to select then press and hold the ✓ key.
Use the > key to select CLOCK, press the ✓ key.
Use the ∧ ∨ keys to set the year, press ✓ .
Repeat the steps to set the Month, Day, Hours and Minutes.
Use the ∨ key to select , press the ✓ key to turn the display on.
Note: The clock will automatically set when paired to the neoHub.
Editing comfort levels
Use the <> keys to select , press the ✓ key once.
Use the <> keys to select edit, then press ✓ .
Use the <> keys to select the days, press ✓ , (not in 24-hour mode).
WAKE will now flash, press the ✓ key to edit the WAKE level.
Use the ∧ ∨ keys to adjust the hours, press ✓ .
Use the ∧ ∨ keys to adjust the minutes, press ✓ .
Use the ∧ ∨ keys to adjust the temperature, press ✓ .
Use the > key to select LEAVE, press ✓ .
Repeat the steps above for the Leave, Return and Sleep settings.
For any levels that you don’t want to use, adjust the time to –:–
To confirm changes and exit, use <> to select SAVE, press ✓ .
