Product Usage Instructions

General Instructions:

This manual contains important safety instructions. Please read it before operating the EV charger. Keep these instructions with the equipment at all times.

Intended Use:

This product is intended for temporary charging of portable electric vehicles. It is not meant for permanent charging solutions.

Charging Your Vehicle:

1. Insert the wall side plug into the wall outlet.

2. Long press the button for 3 seconds to activate current selection mode. Short press to change amperage and set timer.

3. Insert the connector into the vehicle’s charging inlet.
   Charging is successful when the green flashing indicator is on.

4. Remove the connector from the EV after it is fully charged.

If you encounter any errors or difficulties, refer to the troubleshooting guide provided in the manual for possible solutions.

This manual contains important safety instructions, please read it before operating EV charger.

PLEASE KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS
This manual must be considered an integral part of the equipment, and must be available at all times to everyone who interacts with the equipment. The manual must always accompany the equipment, even when it is transferred to another user.

INTENDED USE
This product is intended for TEMPORARY charging of portable electric vehicles. It is not intended to be used as a permanent charging solution.

MAINTENANCE
EV charger generally do not require daily or periodic maintenance. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe clean the charger.
Do not use water, corrosive chemical substances or aggressive detergents. Disconnect the AC power of the device before cleaning.
Ensure the EV charger is stored in a dry place.

WARNINGS

• Read all instructions in this guide before using this product.
• Children should be supervised when in the vicinity of the charger while plug in.
• Do not place the EV charger near explosive, flammable materials, chemical vapours or potentially hazardous materials.
• The product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The unit detects the presence of a good ground connection and will not operate if it is disconnected.
• Do not operate your charger with a damaged output cable, charger connector, or module.
• Do not disassemble the internal components of the EV charger without permission, this will void the warranty.
• Always position the charger output cable so that it will bot be driven over, stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise damaged or stressed.
• Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet before cleaning it. To clean the charger, wipe it with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent solution suitable for use on automobile parts. Do not use chemicals or solvents.
• Do not submerge the control box or charging connector in water.

KNOW YOUR INDICATOR LIGHTS

On thefront cover of the control box, an indicator light is used commu nicate the status of your charger. It is important to understand how to interpret the color and pattern of the indicator light; the following provides a simple explanation of the indicators;

Green:

When the EV charger is powered on, the steady GREEN
STATUS indicator means the unit is ready for use. When the EV charger connects with the vehicle, the GREEN STATUS indicator in slow flashing means charged successfully.

Red:
The RED TROUBLE indicator illuminates when the EV charger has detected an error. If RED TROUBLE indicator lights up, the EV charger will not deliver power to the vehicle. The error must be corrected before a charging cycle can begin or continue. Error code will occur on the LED screen at the same time. Refer to the Troubleshooting Guide for more information.

CHARGING YOUR VEHICLE

1. Insert the wa11 side pIug into the wa11 outlet.
2. Long press the button for 3s to activate current selection mode, short press to change amperage and set timer.
3. Insert the connector into the vehicle‘s charging inlet, it‘s charging successfully with the green flashing indicator.
4. Remove the connector from the EV after fully charged.

TROUBLESHOOTING (ERROR CODE)

The error code will display on the LED screen when the EV Charger failed to be used, please refer this Troubleshooting Guide for possible solutions to common errors or difficulties with charging you vehicle using your portable charger.

• Leakage protection
  Signal provided by leakage protection IC, pis re-plug the connector.If it still occurs, please contact with the supplier

• PE grounding protection
  Detected by ATT7022, it will automatically recover when it is normal.If it still occurs, please contact with the supplier.

• CP grounding protection
  It appears when the CP_ADC exceed 12V, and lower than 6V. It will automatically recover when it is normal.

• Over current protection
  When the effective value of the current exceeds 20% of the rated current,the control box will be judged as overload. Please try to re-plug the connector.

• Over voltage protection
  It appears when the voltage exceeds 264V,it will automatically recover when it is normal.

• Under voltage protection
  It appears when the voltage is below 84V,it will automatically recover when it is normal.

• High temperature protection
  When the temperature of the internal control box exceeds 80°C, it will enter the over temperature protection, and it will recover when the temperature of the control box are lower than 75°C.

• Communication protection
  It appears when ATT7022 communication fails.it will automatically recover when it is normal.

• Leakage detection protection
  It appears when connection self-test leakage failure,pis re-plug the connector and it will automatically recover when it is normal.

WARRANTY

One (1) year warranty; Warranty period begins from the date of purchase. EV charger during warranty will exchange with new one or replace and fix the damage.During the warranty, customer should provide video and picture of the problem, we shall confirm within 48 Hours (or it is to be considered replace approved), after confirme the problem, exchange new one or to repair.

The following conditions cannot be returned to the manufacturer for warranty:

1. No proof of purchase can be provided.
2. The warranty period specified by the manufacturer is exceeded.
3. In case of repair, disassembly, or modification by unauthorized persons.
4. Failure or damage caused by force majeure.
5. The instructions for use, maintenance, and storage are not followed.
6. Damage and malfunction caused by the mains power supply and a voltage not specified for use with the charger.
   Upon discovery of any defective EV charger, please contact our Customer Service department for further instructions as to how to replace the defective unit.

Remark:
After switching on and connecting the charging adapter, the factory default value is 16A, change to 32A in the settings.
