Safety information

ALWAYS unplug your USB cord before attempting to clean your Furbo. Do NOT allow small children to operate Furbo. Do not place Furbo on the floor, as it increases the risk of damage to Furbo. We recommend placing Furbo 90-130cm (3 feet to 4.25 feet) off the ground for best motion detection. Do NOT use Furbo if you see any damage to the camera, the USB cord, or the plug. If you see damage, please contact  support@furbo.com. Do NOT place your Furbo close to flammable materials. Do NOT keep your Furbo in hot temperatures (> 120°F) or under prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Do NOT submerge your Furbo in any kind of liquid. Do NOT try to disassemble any of Furbo’s parts for risk of electrical shock. Immediately discard broken or chewed-on parts as they may be a choking hazard to your pet. Secure Furbo by placing it on an even and stable surface. Secure the power cord away from your pet to prevent it from being walked on, pinched, or chewed on.
