With infrared technology, color night vision offers improved night vision so you can see in the dark and enjoy rich color in low light. Using the free Furbo iOS/Android app, you may toss a treat to your dog.
With the brand-new Reward Toss, you can change the treat size to meet your dog’s needs. To reward your dog or to distract him from separation anxiety signs like pacing, barking, or licking, fill Furbo with his favorite treats. Smart alerts provide you with trustworthy information about what is happening at home. When your dog barks, Furbo’s BARKING SENSOR recognizes it and notifies you via push notifications on your smartphone. You can get more warnings like Dog Activity Alert, Person Alert, CO/Smoke Alarm Alert, and many more with Furbo Dog Nanny (membership offered separately) to prevent accidents and crises at home.
HOW TO SETUP
- Connect the USB cable to a power source.

- Join your home Wi-Fi network. Furbo 360° Dog Camera employs bank-level encryption to guarantee the confidentiality of your data.
- Turn on 2-Step Verification to safeguard your account.
- For maximum performance, a reliable internet connection and Wi-Fi signal are advised.

HOW TO RESET
Use a straightened paper clip or a pin to push the “reset” button on the back of your Furbo in order to reset it (see the image below). Press and hold the reset button for roughly 20 seconds while Furbo is plugged in to change the color of the light. Wait for Furbo’s light to turn green.
FAQs
Can more than 1 phone access the furbo?
Yes multiple people/phones can access the same furbo! The app is set up by email account and password so if you and another person wanted to share that info it’s definitely possible.
Since this rotates 360 is it battery operated or still cord? Considering upgrading as I have the original Furbo.
Does not rotate 360 degrees. Goes about 350 degrees then reverses does not go all the way around. No batteries must be plugged in using USB style cord.
Will it work with Apple iPhone?
Yes! I have the app on both mine and my partner’s iPhone and it works great to check on the pups throughout the day.
How many treats does it hold at once?
Throws out multiple treats at one time.
Can I get an additional camera to go with it so that I can see in multiple rooms?
I have a Furbo mini in my bedroom, so you can set multiple cameras.
Is it dual voltage
Works great with cell phone Bluetooth.
Do you need Alexa, or just Wi-Fi?
You only need Wi-Fi.
Will this work with 5ghz wi-fi?
Yes, it will work with 5GHz WI-FI.
Would this work while traveling with my dogs so that I can monitor them from the Airbnb or hotel?
As long as you have Wi-Fi at the Airbnb it will work.

Can you access from a website? or do you need the app? Can you set so it doesn’t need a password?
I’ve never tried on the web, I use the app on my iPhone. You set up your account so you can access and make all the settings you want to use.
What dog does it follow if there is more than one?
Only follows one dog when it works. Might follow multiple dogs if it thinks it is the same dog.
can you use the mic and hear at the same time?
Yes, you can.
Do you have to use Alexa for this to work?
No, Furbo has its own app totally independent.
Does it detect or alert you if dogs poop?
With the Furbonanny subscription it says it does, but it has not done so yet.
