Issues with Furbo Light Indicator

- Is this a brand-new Furbo?
- Color of the status light. Take a picture of the Furbo’s status light while on top of a white paper.
If it is your first time plugging your Furbo into a power source, you will see
a white status light first.
The white light should turn green after about a minute.
If the light still doesn’t turn green after plugging your Furbo back in, do a
hard reset on your Furbo.
You’ll need to use a pin or a straightened paper clip to press the ‘reset’
button on the back of your Furbo.
While Furbo is plugged in, press and hold the reset button for about 20
seconds until the color of the light changes. Please wait another minute until
Furbo’s light turns green.
Instruction for use
If the status light is stuck to white or purple light after resetting it for about a minute, please these steps:

Unplug the Furbo Camera and plug it back in.

Try to plug your Furbo into another wall socket or outlet.

Try using another USB adapter with the original Furbo cable.

Try using another USB cable with the original Furbo adapter.

Try using another USB cable and another adapter instead of the original Furbo USB cable and adapter.

Try to do a hard reset the Furbo again using the reset button at the back of Furbo. Insert a pin or paper clip into the small hole in the back, and hold for 10 seconds. Wait for 3-5 minutes for the light to turn green.
