| Door Gasket | 1 | Remove old gasket. Clean the gasket groove on the door and the |
chamber face. Install door gasket into bottom of the gasket housing and center
tab between door studs. Install the left and right sides and finish at the
top. Make sure that the gasket fits evenly and flush all the way around.
Door Gasket Ring| 1| Install gasket ring eyelets onto door studs, work gasket
ring into v-groove of door gasket. Start on left and right sides and finish at
top.
Dam Gasket| 1| Align dam gasket holes over the door studs. Tuck bottom edge of
dam gasket into the center v-groove
of door gasket. Push dam gasket on to studs until it lies flat against the
door.
Filters| 2| Remove trays and tray rack from chamber and clean. Clean chamber.
Twist and pull to remove filters from holes located in bottom and back wall of
chamber. Press firmly to seat new filters in holes.
WARNING
Allow sterilizer to cool completely before installing Maintenance Kit.

Product Usage Instructions
Replacing Door Gasket
- Remove the old gasket.
- Clean the gasket groove on the door and chamber face.
- Install the door gasket into the bottom of the gasket housing, ensuring the center tab is between the door studs.
- Install the left and right sides of the gasket and finish at the top, ensuring it fits evenly and flush all the way around.
Installing Gasket Ring
- Install gasket ring eyelets onto door studs.
- Work the gasket ring into the v-groove of the door gasket, starting on the left and right sides and finishing at the top.
Mounting Dam Gasket
- Align dam gasket holes over the door studs.
- Tuck the bottom edge of the dam gasket into the center v-groove of the door gasket.
- Push the dam gasket onto studs until it lies flat against the door.
Replacing Filters
- Remove trays and tray rack from the chamber and clean them.
- Clean the chamber.
- Twist and pull to remove filters from holes located in the bottom and back wall of the chamber.
- Press firmly to seat new filters in the holes.
WARNING: Allow sterilizer to cool completely before installing Maintenance Kit.
