Product Usage Instructions

Step 1:

Turn the power switch to the off position and unplug the device from the power cord.

Step 2:

Remove the mat from the lid. Release pressure from the pressure tank by holding cloth on the tube and opening the valve.

Step 3:

Open the top lid by pulling the lever back and lifting the lid all the way up.

Step 4:

Cut the cable tie where the tubing is routed through. Disconnect the foot control tubing. Refer to the tubing diagram on the next page for details.

Step 5:

Remove the foot control from the dental delivery system. Remove the strain relief if it stays in the delivery system.

Step 6:

Install the strain relief grommet into the bottom of the mounting plate as shown. Spray foot control hosing with glass cleaner to help with installation. Install foot control behind the front cover.

Step 7:

Connect the foot control tubing to components in the delivery system as shown.

Step 8:

Install a cable tie around the tubing to keep it from kinking or being pinched.

Step 9:

Close the lid and push down on the middle until a click is heard.

Step 10:

Install the mat onto the lid.

Step 11:

Plug in the dental delivery system and turn it on.
