PRODUCT USING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Cut zip ties for paper roll rod and place under table back.
Step 2: Locate the box with upholstery.
Step 3: Remove the footrest upholstery from the box and install it on the table. The footrest should slide freely from the drawer. $Midmark-204-Examination-Table-FIG-1 $1$$
Step 4: Install upholstery onto table top aligning lock knobs (6) with holes (6).
Step 5: Lift the table seat and latch locking knobs (2).
Step 6: Lift the table back using the back release handle and latch locking knobs.(4). $Midmark-204-Examination-Table-FIG-1 $2$$
Step 7: Remove the paper towel rod and install it into the back of the upholstery top.
Step 8: Remove coloured drawer inserts from the upholstery box. Insert all four corners into drawer fronts.
Step 9: Remove brackets (2) from the skid to the release table. $Midmark-204-Examination-Table-FIG-1 $3$$
Step 10: Place the dolly next to the head end of the table.
Step 11: Slide the footrest 9”-10” out of the table.

Step 12: Using the proper lifting technique lift the table off the front of the skid.
Step 13: Rotate the table to dolly, and lower on dolly.
Step 14 Move the table to the desired location. $Midmark-204-Examination-Table-FIG-1 $5$$
Step 15: Using the proper lifting technique lift the table off the front of the dolly. Remove dolly. Adjust levelling feet (2) at the front of the table to level or balance the table if needed.
- Before connecting the Midmark device power cord to an electrical power source outlet, it is recommended to contact a local licensed electrician or a local Authority Having Jurisdiction over the internal building power distribution to verify that the device when powered up will comply with all local electrical codes.
- Use the electrical power rating marked on the device when determining the appropriate electrical branch circuit and outlet requirements.
- For 115V-rated device models with a current rating at or above 12 Amps, a dedicated branch circuit may be required if the branch circuit protection is provided by a 15 Amp breaker.
