1 x Mounting Bracket A – Front RHS
1 x Mounting Bracket B – Rear RHS
1 x Mounting Bracket C – Rear LHS
6 x M6 Rubber Grommet
6 x M6 Steel Collar
6 x M6x20mm Flanged-Button Bolt
2 x M6 Steel Washer
2 x M6 Nyloc Nut
1 x Foam Strip (20mm)
2 x M6 Locating Nut – Pre-fitted

Assembly Instructions:

Start by installing the 6 rubber grommets in the pre-drilled
holes of the hugger.
Insert the 6 steel collars into the rubber grommets.
Secure Mounting Bracket C with a bolt, washer, and nut on the
LHS of the hugger.
Remove the OEM chainguard from the bike to access mounting
points on the swingarm.
Slide the hugger over the rear wheel ensuring all mounting
points and brackets are enclosed internally.
Secure Bracket B with a bolt, washer, and nut. Use remaining
bolts for other fittings.
Tighten all mounting points without overtightening. Retighten
the OEM M8 bolt to 45Nm.

AssemblyInstructions
Beforeproceedingwithfitmentofthehugger,youmayfinditeasiertoremovetheexhaust cannistertoaccessthemountingpointsonthe`RHS’ofthemotorcycle.Thiscanbedoneatany pointduringtheinstallation,soyoudon’tneedtoworryaboutitjustyet!
Beginbyinstallingthe6xrubbergrommets(Item 5)inallthepre- drilledholesinthehugger(Item 1).Oncecompleted,insertthe6xsteelcollars(Item 6)intothe6xrubbergrommets.

Locate`MountingBracketC’andinsert1xM6bolt(Item 7)intheholefurthestbackontheLHSof thehugger,securingwith1xM6washer(Item 8)and1xM6nylocnut(Item 9).Tightensothatthe bracketissecure,butcanstillbemoved.

ContinuetheinstallationbymountingBracketA'(Item 2)andBracketB'(Item 3).SeeFIG.3′ forreference. -TofixBracketA’,youwillneedtoloosentheOEM M5bolt(Item 12)whichsecuresthebrake hosepipeandsubsequentlyplacethebracketbetweentheclampfaces,beforere- insertingand loosely fastening. -BeforefittingBracketB’,pleaseapplythefoam strip(Item 10)totheundersidefacereferenced inFIG.1′.TomountBracketB’,youwillneedtoremovetheOEM M8bolt(Item 13)from the rearbrakecaliper.Thisisthestagewhereyoumaywanttoremoveyourexhaustcannister!ReinserttheOEM M8bolt,togetherwithBracketB’andlooselyfastentoallow movement.

PleaseremovetheOEM chainguardfrom theLHSofthebiketoprovideaccesstothemounting pointslocatedontheswingarm.See`FIG.2’forreference.

Proceedtoslidethehuggerovertherearwheel,ensuringthehuggerenclosesallmountingpoints andbracketsinternally.Tosecure`BracketB’tothehugger,pleaseuse1xM6bolt,togetherwith 1xM6washerand1xM6nylocnut.Forallotherfittings,pleaseusetheremaining4xM6bolts.

Oncethehuggerhasbeenmountedinalllocations,proceedtotightenallmountingpoints.Please avoidovertighteningbystoppingwhensufficientresistanceisencountered.FortheOEM M8bolt, pleaseuseatorquesettingof45Nm tore-tighten.
