  5. The built-in lithium battery is non-removable. Please do not throw or cast it in the fire to prevent danger.
  6. Keep away from strong magnetic subjects to maintain the product functions.
  7. When not in use for a prolonged period of time, please recharge the speaker every 3 months to extend battery life.

Troubleshooting

  1. Bluetooth speaker unable to pair with mobile
    Solution: Check if the speaker is under pairing mode and whether the Bluetooth on the phone is turned on. Check the Bluetooth menu on your phone, delete/remove the speaker from the list, follow the instructions in the user manual and reconnect to the speaker.

  2. Bluetooth speaker fails to turn on
    Solution: Please check the battery, and recharge the speaker.

  3. Can I replace the battery of the Bluetooth speaker?
    Solution: No, The speaker uses a non-removable lithium battery.

  4. Can I use the speaker at high volumes for a long time?
    Solution: To extend the service life of the Bluetooth speaker, it is suggested not to use it at high volumes for a long time.

  5. Bluetooth speaker disconnects from the mobile in 10 meters
    Solution: Bluetooth is wireless technology. Therefore, it is very sensitive to objects between the speaker and the connected device. Please check if there is any metal or other object that may affect the connection within the effective distance.

  6. No sound is provided after the speaker and computer/mobile are well-connected.
    Solution: Check if the audio output of the computer has adjusted to Bluetooth audio setting, and confirm if the computer Bluetooth supports A2DP protocols, check the volume of the computer or mobile.

  7. After the Bluetooth speaker and mobile are well-connected, can I operate the application on mobile through the speaker?
    Solution: Some APPs may not support being operated through speaker due to varied settings.
