ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

STEP1
-
Assemble 4pcs Foot pads (35) on the Front stabilizer (2) and Rear stabilizer (3).

Assembled Front stabilizer (2) on the Rear main frame (1), use 2pcs Curved gaskets (20), 2pcs Elastic washers (21), and 2pcs Hexagon socket screws (26) to fix them.

Use the same way to assemble the Rear stabilizer (3).

STEP2
-
Remove 2pcs Phillips flat head screws (31 ), and 2pcs Phillips round head screws (32) from both the Monitor support holder cover (30L/R) and Rear main frame (1).

Connect the Middle section of sensor cable (40) in the Front main frame (8) with the Down section of sensor cable (41) on the Rear main frame (1).

Assemble Front main frame (8) on Rear main frame (1), use 4pcs Flat washers (23), 4pcs Elastic washers (21), and 4pcs Hexagon socket screws (22) to fix them.

Assemble Monitor support holder cover (30L/R) on Rear main frame (1), use 2pcs Phillips flat head screws (31 ), and 2pcs Phillips round head screws (32) to fix them.

STEP3

Assemble the Bottom swing pole L/R (6UR) on the Front main frame (8), use 1pc D-gasket (16), and Flat gasket (15), Elastic washer (14), and Hexagon Screw (13) to fix it on both sides.

Assemble the Front swing pole cover (18) and Rear swing pole cover (19) on the Bottom swing pole UR (6UR), use 2pcs Screws (17) to fix them on both sides.

STEP4

Assemble the Pedal L (SL) on the Pedal pole L (4L), use 2pcs Hex screws (33) and 2pcs Bolts (34) to fix it.

Assemble the Pedal pole L (4L) on the left side of the main frame, use 1 pc Double D-gasket (38), Flat washer (37), Elastic washer (21), Hex screw (36) to fix it. Then assemble the Pedal axis cover (39) on the back of the Pedal pole L (4L), and use 1 Phillips screw (28) to fix it.

Assemble the Bottom swing pole L (6L) on the Pedal pole L (4L), use the Bottom swing pole screw kit (24), Flat washer (23), Nylon Nut (25) to fix it. Then, assemble the Pedal pole cover (27 L/R) on the Pedal pole L (4L), use 2pc Phillips screw (28), and 1 pc Screw (17) to fix it.

Use the same way to assemble the Pedal pole R (4R).

STEP5

Pass the Pulse cable (42) through the round hole on the Front main frame (8).

Assemble Handlebar (9) on the Front main frame (8), use 2pcs Curved gaskets (20), 2pcs Elastic washers (21), 2pcs Hexagon round head socket screws (22) to fix it.

STEP6
Assemble the Upper swing pole L (7L) on the Bottom swing pole L (6L), use 2pcs Hexagon Socket Screws (11) and 2pcs Screws (12) to fix it.
Use the same way to assemble the Upper swing pole R (7R). -
STEP7
First, connect the cable of the Monitor (10) with the Middle section of the sensor cable (40) of the Front main frame. Then, fix the Monitor (10) on the Front main frame (8), and use 4pcs Phillips flat head screws (29) to fix it.
If the ground is uneven, please use a wrench to adjust the pads.

DISPLAY FUNCTION
SCAN| The sequence of display when pressing the MODE key: TIME SPEED

TIME| It is used to record the time value when you exercising. Range
0:00 – 99:59
SPEED| It is used to record the speed value when you exercising. Range
0- 999.9 km/h
DISTANCE| It is used to record the distance value when you exercising.
Range 0- 999.9 km
ODOMETE| It is the total mileage range value of the monitor. Range 0-
9999 km
CALORIES| It is used to record the calorie value you burn during
exercise. Range 0- 999.9

KEY FUNCTION
MODE|
- Choose each function by pressing MODE key.
- Press and hold MODE key to reset all functions.

SET| In TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE mode, press SET key to increase value. Press
and hold the key to increase value faster.
RESET|
- In setting mode, press RESET key once to reset the current function figures.
- Press RESET key and hold to reset all function figures.
TARGET TRAINING SETTINGS
This monitor has three target training modes: Tl ME, DIST ANGE, and CALORIES
(When switching to the target function, if the SCAN font flashes on the
display, you need to press the MODE button again to make the SCAN word
disappear before you can set it.)
- Time Target Training Mode: First press the “mode” button to switch to the “time” function, then press the “set” button to set the target time (press and hold the set button to speed up the setting speed). When the desired time is reached, stop the button. Then start using the machine and the display will start counting down. When the countdown reaches 0, the time function flashes, indicating that the training goal has been completed. If you continue to train at this time, the monitor will automatically start counting from 0.
- You can set the Distance Target Training Mode and Calorie Target Training Mode in the same way.
During the setting process or after the setting is completed, if you want to modify the target data, you can directly press the RESET button to clear the current setting, and then reset it according to the previous description.
NOTICE
When you stop exercising for 4 seconds, the display will stop calculating, the
data will be reset to 0, and “STOP” will be displayed on the screen.
When you start exercising, the display will automatically start counting, and
“STOP” will disappear.
APP OPERATION

Search “KINOMAP” in the mobile app store to download the app.

After the download is complete, open the APP and register your personal information, turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone, and make sure that the monitor is powered on and awake.
