Product Usage Instructions
Installation Guide:
Pendant Installation (QP6747MBK, QP6747LG)
- Install the optional rods based on ceiling height.
- Tighten the hex nut inside the Ceiling Canopy.
- Attach Ceiling Canopy to Upper Rod.
- Install Crossbar to Outlet Box.
- Wire connections:
- White wire from supply to white wire from the fixture.
- Black (or red) wire from supply to black wire from fixture.
- Ground wires from supply and fixture together.
- Attach Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar with swivel at a 90-degree angle.
- Install the recommended bulb (100W MAX) in the fixture.
Semi-Flush Installation (QSF6747MBK, QSF6747LG)
- Remove Swivel if present.
- Attach Ceiling Canopy to Fixture Body.
- Cut supply wires leaving about 8 inches extending from the ceiling canopy.
- Wire connections:
- White wire from supply to white wire from driver.
- Black (or red) wire from supply to black wire from driver.
- Ground wires from supply and fixture together.
- Attach Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar.
- Install the recommended bulb (100W MAX) in the fixture.

- Turn off the electricity to the fixture before replacing the bulb(s).

- Wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may damage the finish.

- Install Rods

- (2 ) 12″L Rods. 2
- 9 Feet Ceiling:
- ( 2) 6″L Rods + (2) 12″L Rods
- Tighten hex nut inside of the Ceiling Canopy
- Install Ceiling Canopy to Upper Rod
- Install Crossbar
- Wiring
- Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar
- Install Bulb
Install correct bulb referring to one fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.
IMPORTANT : This CONVERTIBLE fixture can be mounted as pendant light or semi-flush light. if you intend to DO NOT CUT SUPPLY WIRES use it as pendant light.
SEMI-FLUSH – QSF6747MBK,QSF6747LG
* Set aside (2) 6″L Rods and (2) 12″L Rods, swivel since they are not
required for the semi-flush installation.

Remove Swivel

Install Ceiling Canopy to Fixture Body
Cut the supply wires leaving approximately 8” of wire extending from the ceiling canopy after assembly -
Wiring

Install Ceiling Canopy to Crossbar

Install Bulb
Install one correct bulb referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.
Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save this sheet for future reference.
