installation, use and maintenance. Important instructions to be kept for
future reference.

The Appliance -
This appliance must be used only for the purpose it was expressly designed; any use NOT complying with the instructions contained in the manual is considered inappropriate and dangerous. The manufacturer is NOT responsible for possible damages caused by the inappropriate and/or unreasonable use.

The installation/assembly of the appliance will be made in accordance with the indications of the manufacturer. A wrong procedure may cause damages to persons, animals or objects, for which the manufacturer cannot be considered responsible.

This appliance must NOT be used for vacuuming burning, smoking, toxic, volatile or flammable substances. The appliance must NOT be used to clear sewers. An explosion may occur if the Motor suctions sewer gases. Sewer gases inhalation may lead to unconsciousness and death.

It is NOT recommended to use the appliance for cleaning open stoves or other devices that contains oil or grease, soot, clay dust, plaster or other similar materials.

DO NOT vacuum mud, gypsum material, wall powder, blade/s, kindling, clumps of hair, large pieces of paper and other items such as sharp metal objects as that may make the Air Inlet and Filter get blocked and the Motor get burned. An indication of blockage may manifest as an abnormal sound or poor suction. If these small particles were absorbed, please disconnect the USB cable and remove them from the Dust Compartment and/or Filter unit immediately.

Before use, check the integrity of the appliance and USB cable. DO NOT operate the appliance when the Motor or USB cable is damaged. They must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent, or a qualified technician in order to avoid a shock hazard.

Before powering the appliance make sure the rating (voltage and frequency) corresponding to the grid and the socket is suitable for the USB charging cable (DC 5 V 1 Amp) of the appliance, and that the wall socket is properly grounded.

The appliance must NOT be switched on using external timers and/or other remote control appliances which are not specified in this manual.

Only use original components & accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any non-original component or accessory NOT recommended by the manufacturer (including, but not limited to the Motor, Dust Compartment, Filter unit, Brush, USB cable, etc.) made by other manufacturers or by the same manufacturer but for other models of the same capacity or otherwise may cause injuries to persons or damage to the appliance. A USB cable that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack; never use the USB cable with another appliance or attempt to charge this appliance with a different USB cable.

The packing materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children or disabled persons since they represent potential sources of danger.
Location -
This appliance is NOT suitable to be used or stored near heat sources (open flame, ovens, heaters, stoves, etc.) and/or in an explosive environment (in the presence of flammable substances such as gas, vapour, mist or dust, in atmospheric conditions when, after ignition, the combustion is spread in the air). Items containing these substances should never be placed in the appliance, and never be used to clean the appliance in order to avert the risk of fire or explosion.

Avoid placing the USB cable on abrasive or sharp surfaces or in positions where it can be damaged easily. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cable. Arrange the cable away from high traffic areas, and where it will NOT be tripped over. DO NOT pull, drag, tug or carry the appliance by the cable or close a door on the cable.

DO NOT use or store the appliance outdoors. Store and use the appliance only indoors, or in any case, protected from weathering such as rain, direct radiation of the sun and dust.
Operation -
If you are using the appliance for the first time, you should:
-
Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Make sure that the Motor DOES NOT come into contact with water as this may cause an electric shock. DO NOT use metal scouring pads.

Charge the appliance using only the USB cable issued by the manufacturer that comes with this appliance, and NOT with any other USB cable. During charging, the USB cable feels warm to the touch. This is normal.
-
Use the appliance only if the Filter unit consisting of the Water-proof Cover, Fixing Ring, Cloth Filter & Holder are installed! This is especially so if the surroundings to be vacuumed is extremely dusty. Failure to do so will only send the dust back out after being suctioned. DO NOT use other filters except the ones attached to the appliance by the manufacturer.

Use the appliance only if the Motor is in a good working condition before turning on this appliance. Failure to do this could cause a risk of injury to persons and would defeat the utility of the appliance.

Should there be a need to stop the appliance from operating, simply press the ON/OFF switch, or if the appliance is in the process of being charged, unplug the USB cable.
-
Make sure to remove any label or protective sheet which may prevent its proper functioning.
DO NOT: -
cover the appliance during functioning;

obstruct totally nor partially the air outlet with anything that may reduce the suction, such as dust, lint, hair, etc.;

insert objects or body parts (including clothing and hair) inside the protection cover of the appliance to avoid personal injury or damage to the appliance when the appliance is in operation;

push the press the ON/OFF switch too forcefully;
-
use the appliance near curtains or textiles;
-
use the appliance for more than 5 minutes without turning it off for at least a minute for a total usage of 45 minutes in a single day – failure to heed this warning may result in motor failure;

use any of the following agents as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, or benzene;
-
leave the appliance unsupervised during operation.

Before charging the appliance, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF. DO NOT use the appliance while the appliance is still being charged. Always remember to unplug the adapter cable once charging ends

During operation, DO NOT touch the appliance with wet body parts, and it is recommended to have between you and the standing surface, an isolating element (for example, wearing shoes with rubber soles).

DO NOT soak the appliance in water or other liquids, wash it under the tap, or let any liquid flow into the internal casing of the appliance to prevent electric shock. In case of accidental fall in water, DO NOT try to take it out, but first switch the appliance off.

Switch the appliance OFF before unplugging the appliance. Plug and unplug the USB cable firmly holding it with dry hands. Always unplug the USB cable to avoid overheating and if it is NOT used for a long period, before storing, assembling & disassembling, cleaning or performing any maintenance operation. Before storing, cleaning or performing any maintenance operation, leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.

In case of malfunction or anomaly during the functioning, switch off the appliance immediately, turn off the power and check the cause of the anomaly, if possible, with the support of a qualified person.

If smoke is observed coming out of the appliance, unplug the USB cable immediately.

This appliance is NOT intended for commercial use but to be used in households and similar applications, such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- By clients in dormitories, hotels, motels and other residential environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall NOT play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall NOT be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children less than 8 years old.

HOW TO OPERATE
Charging the appliance
- The Battery Pack includes lithium batteries and are assembled inside the Main Body. Never disassemble the Battery, as a wrong operation may cause an explosion.
- Before charging the appliance, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards.
- Plug and unplug the USB cable from a charger, computer or laptop with dry hands and hold it firmly. Always unplug the USB cable to avoid overheating and avoid stretching it. DO NOT pull it, tug it or use it to drag the appliance to which is connected.
- Charge the appliance for at least 10 hours every time when the appliance runs out of power. The Charging Indicator Lamp lights up red when the appliance is being charged. DO NOT use the appliance while the appliance is still being charged.
- The Charging Indicator Lamp turns green when the Battery is fully charged.
Using the appliance

Always use the appliance with the Filter unit (Water-proof Cover, Fixing Ring, Cloth Filter & Holder) assembled.
Vacuuming liquids -
Turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to ON by sliding the knob forwards. To switch off the appliance, slide the knob backwards.

Hold the appliance with the nozzle downwards at an angle of 30. DO NOT hold the appliance with the dust container pointing upwards and DO NOT tilt the appliance to one side when you suck up liquids.
-
Place the nozzle on the surface to be cleaned. As the liquid is being sucked up, maintain contact with the surface at all times.
-
Pause vacuuming when the liquid inside the appliance has reached the maximum volume indicated, and proceed to remove the liquid before resuming vacuuming.
-
After vacuuming, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards.
-
Empty the Dust Compartment.
Vacuuming delicate surfaces -
The Brush is used primarily for vacuuming furniture, sofa covers, bedsheets, tables, chair covers, car seats, etc. Regularly check that the Brush is clean in order to avoid scratching surfaces that are non-scratch resistant, such as wooden surfaces.

Attach the Brush to the nozzle of the Dust Compartment, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to ON by sliding the knob forwards.

After vacuuming, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards.
-
Remove the Brush from the nozzle of the Dust Compartment and clean, wash & dry it, if necessary.
HOW TO CLEAN
-
Before cleaning, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards.
-
Hold the appliance over a dust bin, press the Dust Compartment Release button found on top of the Dust Compartment and pull out the Dust Compartment.

Separate the Filter unit from the Dust Compartment.
-
Before cleaning, turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards.
Hold the appliance over a dust bin, press the Dust Compartment Release button found on top of the Dust Compartment and pull out the Dust Compartment.
Separate the Filter unit from the Dust Compartment. -
To reattach the Dust Compartment, align the slot on the Dust Compartment with the button on the main body. First attach the bottom of the Dust Compartment and then push the top of the Dust Compartment towards the main body until it locks into place with a “click”.
Cleaning the Brush -
Carefully use a pair of scissors or a sharp instrument to remove any items such as threads that have become entangled in the bristles of the Brush.

Clean the Brush thoroughly with water and a little detergent. Rinse the Brush under running water. Dry the Brush.
PROBLEM-SOLVING
The appliance does not work| The battaries may be low. Recharge the battery if
neccesary. Charge the appliance for at least 10 hours every time when the
appliance runs out of power. DO NOT use the appliance while the appliance is
still being charged.

Charging was incomplete as the USB cable may not have been inserted fully into
the charger. Make sure that the USB cable is inserted correctly and fully into
the charger.
The appliance may have been switched on while it was being charged. Turn the
ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards before
charging it.
Charging Indicator Lamp does not illuminate| Make sure that the USB cable is
inserted correctly and fully into the wall socket.
Turn the ON/OFF switch on the appliance to OFF by sliding the knob backwards before charging it.
The appliance does not vacuum properly as there is not enough suction| The
Dust Compartment may not have been properly attached to the main body. Check
to see whether this is the case and if so, to properly attach the Dust
Compartment to the main body.
The Dust Compartment may be full. Proceed to empty the Dust Compartment.
The Filter unit may be clogged. Proceed to clean the Filter unit.
Dust escapes from the appliance| The Dust Compartment may not have been
properly attached to the main body. Check to see whether this is the case and
if so, to properly attach the Dust Compartment to the main body.
The Dust Compartment may be full. Proceed to empty the Dust Compartment
The Filter unit may not have been properly attached to the Dust Compartment.
Check to see whether this is the case and if so, to properly attach the Filter
unit to the Dust Compartment.
SPECIFICATION
ENVIRONMENTAL TIP
This appliance, along with all other electronic appliances, should, when it is
no longer capable of functioning, be disposed with the least possible
environmental damage according to the local regulations in your area. In most
cases you can discard the appliance at your local recycling centre. DISPOSAL:
Do not dispose this appliance as unsorted municipal waste.
Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.
Risk of child or animal entrapment
Before you discard this appliance, please remove all doors and leave the
shelves inside so that children or animals may not easily get trapped inside.
WARRANTY
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty provides against defective materials and manufacturing faults for two years from the date of purchase of the appliance. The warranty on the Compressor is 10 years subject to the same conditions as above.
- This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, replacement of consumable materials and accessories, and the cost of maintenance of the appliance.
- This warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of part/s damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, alterations, or modifications in any way, or repairs done by any repair organisation without the prior consent of PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd.
- Repair and service are to be performed at: 5 Changi South Lane #03-01 Singapore 486045. A transport fee will be charged for personal doorstep service.
- The original purchaser of the appliance must furnish proof of purchase to our Service Centre with the email or number as registered during submission of warranty when this appliance is sent for repair/service. Failure to do so may delay the receipt of said repair/service by the customer.
- Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the serial number be erased, defaced or altered by the customer and/or his representatives, or the dealer and/or his agents. Failure to ensure this shall invalidate the warranty.
- This warranty is deemed to be void if the defect is cause by the attack of household pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage or the usage of generators.
- This warranty is valid in Singapore only.
- This warranty will be honoured subject to the customer’s registration of the warranty inclusive of original invoice or valid purchase receipt. Failure to present these documents will result in denial of service. However, if the customer still requests that the defective appliance be repaired, PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd may, at its discretion, repair the appliance but impose a labour charge, as well as the costs of the replacement parts, to be borne solely by the customer.
