Product Usage Instructions
IO-Link Process Data In (Device to Master)
Process Data In is cyclically transmitted to the IO-Link master from the IO- Link device. The Q90R2 Process Data is 120-bits and includes information such as measurement distance, stability indicator state, and output channel states. This data is sent to the IO-Link master every 2.3 ms.
Process Data Configuration 1: Radial Detection Area
The process data configuration for radial detection includes various parameters such as switch signal states, stability, distance, beam angle, velocity, and signal strength for both channel 1 and channel 2.

IO-Link Process Data In (Device to Master)
Process Data In is transmitted cyclically to the IO-Link master from the IO- Link device. The Q90R2 IO-Link Process Data is 120 bits and can be configured using parameter data to include the measurement distance, the state of the stability indicator, and/or the state of both output channels. This information is sent to the IO-Link master every 2.3 ms.

Not applicable.
Parameters Set Using IO-Link
These parameters can be read from and/or written to an IO-Link model of the Q90R2 sensor. Also included is information about whether the variable in question is saved during Data Storage and whether the variable came from the IO-Link Smart Sensor Profile. Unlike Process Data In, which is transmitted from the IO-Link device to the IO-Link master cyclically, these parameters are read or written acyclically as needed
