Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps

1. Turn power switch to off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the delivery system.
2. Release pressure from the pressure tank and water bottles.
3. Remove the water bottles from the dental delivery system.
4. Remove fasteners and slide out the motor from the delivery system.
5. Remove screws from the right side plate and loosen the screw from the right column.
6. Remove screws from the left side plate.
7. Remove screws from the lower rear cover and pry side covers out to remove it.
8. Install the lower rear cover by ensuring tabs are under side covers.
9. Secure the lower rear cover with screws.
10. Install screws into the left and right side plates. Tighten the screw into the right column.
11. Slide the motor back into the delivery system and secure it with fasteners.
12. Install a mat onto the lid.
13. Install both water bottles onto the delivery system and add  pressure to them using the toggle switch.
14. Plug in the power cord to the back of the delivery system and turn on the power switch.

Q: Do I need any special tools for installing the lower rear cover?
A: No, special tools are not required for this installation   process.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Step 1:
   Turn power switch to off. Unplug from power cod from back of delivery system.

2. Step 2:
   Release pressure from pressure tank by holding cloth on tube and opening valve.

3. Step 3:
   Move toggle switch for water bottles to middle position to release pressure from water bottles.
   

4. Step 4:
   Remove both water bottles from the dental delivery system.

5. Step 5:
   Remove fasteners (4). Slide out motor from delivery system.

6. Step 6:
   Remove screws (3) from right side plate. Loosen screw (1) from right column .

7. Step 7:
   Remove screws (3) from left side plate.

8. Step 8:
   Remove screws (2) from lower rear cover.

9. Step 9:
   Pry side covers out and remove lower rear cover.

10. Step 10:
    Install lower rear cover by pulling back side covers and ensuring tabs are under side covers as shown.

11. Step 11:
    Secure lower rear cover with screws (2).

12. Step 12:
    Install screws (3) into left side plate.

13. Step 13:
    Install screws (3) into right side plate. Tighten screw (1) into right column.

14. Step 14:
    Slide motor back into delivery system. Secure with fasteners (4).

15. Step 15:
    Install mat onto lid.

16. Step 16:
    Install both water bottles onto delivery system. Move toggle switch to add pressure to water bottle for use.

17. Step 17:
    Plug in power cord to back of delivery system. Push power switch to on.
