GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
This manual contains important safety instructions, please read before using the charger. Please keep these instructions. This manual must be considered an integral part of the device and must always be available to all who come into contact with the device. The manual must always be attached to the device, even when handing it over to another user.
Intended use
This product is intended for occasional CHARGING of electric vehicles. It is
not intended for permanent charging.
SPECIFICATION
Chargers for electric cars generally do not require daily or regular
maintenance. Wipe the charger with a soft dry cloth.
Do not use water, caustic chemicals or aggressive cleaning agents. Disconnect
the device from AC power before cleaning.
Make sure the EV charger is stored in a dry place.
WARNING
Please read all instructions in this manual before using this product.
Children should be supervised when near the charger while it is plugged in. Do
not place the EV charger near explosive, flammable materials, chemical fumes,
or potentially hazardous materials.
The product must be grounded. Should it fail or malfunction, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electrical current, reducing the risk
of electric shock. The device detects the presence of proper grounding and
will not work if it is disconnected.
- Do not use the charger with a damaged output cable, charger connector or module.
- Do not disassemble the internal components of the EV charger without permission, this will void the warranty.
- Always position the charger output cable so that it cannot be walked on, stepped on or tripped over, damaged or otherwise stressed.
- Unplug the charger before cleaning it. To clean the charger, wipe it with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild solution of detergent suitable for use on automotive parts. Do not use chemicals or solvents.
- Do not submerge the control box or charging connector in water.

Insert the plug into the outlet to turn on the device, but do not put the charging gun in the car yet. The screen lights up. The bottom of the screen
will show „idle“ (inactive) green, indicating that charging has not started. The operation light (function button) will also be green. -
Press the function button for 3 seconds to enter the function menu. The following options will appear in the menu: Time reservation – scheduled charging (timer), Change current – selectable value of the charging current, Ground Protection – overvoltage protection and Ungrouded use – without overvoltage protection, Release wifi – turning on the WiFi connection. The selected function will be highlighted in purple. Click to move to the next item, a long press selects the selected function.

To set the charging current, press the function button for 3 seconds to enter the function menu. Click repeatedly to move to Change current, long press the function button to open the charging current setting menu, and click repeatedly to select one of the current values 32/16/13/10/8A. After selection, press the function button for 3 seconds to confirm the charging current and return to the home screen. The selected current value will appear on the display.

To set the scheduled charging (timer), press the function button for 3 seconds to display the function menu. Click to move to the Time reservation option, long press to open the time setting, and short press again to set the charging time delay in the range of 1 to 6 hours. After selection, press the long function button to confirm the scheduled delay of the start of charging and return to the home screen. Delay… will appear on the display and the time until the start of charging will start counting down. If you press the function button again for 3 seconds, the timer function will be cancelled.

After setting, insert the charging connector into the electric car. The function button will flash blue, Connect… will appear at the bottom of the screen, which means charging the electric car. When fully charged, the function button will light blue and the display will show Charger Finish.
TUYA APPLICATION
Users will be able to easily control and monitor charging of your electric car
via the Tuya app. Access to features such as charging schedules, charging
records and statuses, personalized for each user.
Note: Tuya application instructions are subject to change due to reason
updates that may change its interface and functions, as well as vary depending
on the devices used.
Download the app by searching for “Immax NEO PRO in Apple Store / Play Store
or by scanning the QR code below to download.
REGISTRATION / LOGIN
Using an existing account
After downloading the app, you can register a new account or sign in using
existing account. Click Register, you will see the Tuya Privacy Policy, click
Agree and go to Tuya page, click Agree button and go to the registration page
using your mobile phone number or email addresses.
Enter your mobile phone number or email address.
You will receive a verification code in your email.
If you already have an account, select „Sign in with an existing account“ and
enter in the application. 
CONNECTIVITY
Enable Bluetooth and Wifi in the app to enable communication with your device.
ADD DEVICE
You can add a device by clicking „Add Device“ or by clicking „+“ on the top.
(turning on Bluetooth makes it easier to find a device or other fast adding a
device). 
Note: In case of failure or search timeout
check if the smartphone is connected to the WiFi network and the router is
working in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, or if the Bluetooth connection failed
due to the smartphone being too far from the charging station.
CONTROL
Access to device features and management.
Click on the icon of the device you are looking for to enter the control
interface devices. When you connect for the first time, a standard selection
menu will appear. You can choose standard mode and adjust the charging time or
choose manual mode. If you choose the second of the listed modes, charging
will begin when your vehicle is connected.

ACTIVITY RECORD
You can view charging record, charging time, charged power and more. Note:
Only information that is turned on or off through the app and recorded in the
charging log will be displayed.
When charging is activated with the button, the charging log is not recorded.
