ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Do not tighten fasteners before step#8.
  2. Remove all parts from the packing and ensure all parts are present, per the list below.
  3. Place the plastic tool tray (7) on the base (8) as shown.
  4. Assemble the right and left sections of the “U” frame (2), onto the base (8), through the plastic tray (7), using the bolt (10), cap nut (4), and washer (6) .
  5. Attach the casters (9) to the base (8) through the plastic tray (7) with the cap nut (4), lock washer (5), and washer (6) as shown. Tighten with a wrench.
  6. Place the connection rods (13) and the seat cushion (1) over the mounting holes as shown and attach them with mounting bolts (11), and washers (12).
  7. Place the plastic caps (3) in the ends of the frame tubes as shown. 8, Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight before use.
