British Gymnastics Reporting an Incident Instructions
This guide will show you how to report an incident within your club that may/may not lead to a claim
This guide will cover:
- How to log in
- How to report an incident
Log into your ‘ My BG account ’ using your email address/username and password
Once you have logged in, click on the ‘ menu ’ button in the top left corner and select ‘ Club Credentials ’
Here you will see any club specific credentials
Click ‘ add credentials ’
This will open a tray from the right-hand side
Select the ‘ Incident Reporting ’ credential
Complete the form relevant to the incident within the club, ensuring you complete all mandatory fields
Some answers will open further questions to complete based on the information required by our insurers
Click ‘save’
Your incident report will then be visible as ‘ active ’ on your ‘ Club Credentials ’ tab, which you can view
To make any changes to the incident, please contact Member Services
