 Operation Method

1.  Before using for the first time
2. When pairing wireless for the first time, please make sure the distance between wireless earphone and mobile phone within 1m.
3.  When wireless headphones are turned off, push the toggle button toward “ON” mode to turn them on. Then the white light flashes quickly to indicate that the headphones have entered the pairing mode.
4. Turn on the wireless function of the mobile phone, search for wireless devices, select the device model: Baseus Encok D02 Pro, and click connect.
5. Enter the pairing password “0000” (some mobile phones require password for pairing, while some not)
6. Call mode
7.  Answer: when get a call, short press Key “MFB” to answer the call.
8. Hang up: during the call, short press Key “MFB” to hang up the call.
9. Reject: when get a call, long press Key “MFB” for 2 seconds to reject the call.
10. Redial the last number: in the wireless connection, double press Key “MFB”.

Tips:

1. To activate the voice assistant, please long press Key “MFB” for 1 second.
2. Please tap “MFB” button 3 times to turn on the low latency mode.
3. In the state of AUX IN, the headphones can not be turned on through wireless, the default option is wired connection mode.

Instructions for One-for-two function

1. Step 1 Turn off the wireless function of mobile phone A when it is successfully connected.
2. Step 2) Turn on the headphones again and enter pairing mode, and then turn on the wireless function of mobile phone B to search and connect to the headphones.
3. Step 3) Turn on the wireless function of mobile phone A, and the headphones will automatically connect back to the mobile phone A. So the headphones are connected to both mobile phone A / B successfully.

FAQS

1. Q: Why product cannot be turned on?
   A: When using your product at the first time, please check and make sure the product battery is fully charged. If the battery runs out of power, your earphone may not be turned on.

2. Q: The earphone is silent during playback?
   A: Check for a valid connection between the mobile phone, wireless adapter and your earphone. If the device is not properly connected, please reconnect it. Meanwhile, please also adjust the volume on mobile phone or your earphone to a proper level.

3. Q: Why the wireless connection is unstable What is the effective distance between the earphone and mobile phone?
   A: Make sure the effective distance between the earphones and mobile phone is 10 meters. Usually the connection is better and more stable when there are no obstructions in between. Also make sure there is no interference from wireless jamming equipment or WIFI equipment nearby.

4. Q: Can I use the wireless earphone when it is being charged?
   A: No, the wireless earphone cannot be used while charging.
