Preparation
Dilute the 50 mL complete solution 10x RT-IC Running Buffer 1 by mixing with
450 mL ultrapure water. After dilution RT-IC Running Buffer is ready for use
(137 mM NaCl, 2.67 mM KCl, 1.47 mM KH2PO4, 8.1 mM Na2HPO4, 0.01 % Pluronic,
without calcium, without magnesium).
The diluted buffer should be stored at 2-8°C.
Filter running buffer before use in heliXcyto.
