Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

  1. Connect incoming phase and neutral to terminals 1 and 2.
  2. Connect Sensor A to terminals 5 and 6, and Sensor B to terminals 7 and 8.
  3. Connect possible external alarm to terminals 10 and 11.

Operation Mode:
The thermostat can operate in different modes like HOME, OFFICE, VACATION, etc. Select the desired mode from the menu.

Sensor Configuration:
You can connect up to two temperature sensors (Sensor A & Sensor B) and one moisture sensor (Sensor C) to monitor the temperature and humidity levels. Follow the wiring diagram for
sensor connections.

Remote Control:
A remote control unit can be connected to control the thermostat settings. Refer to the manual for remote control instructions.

FAQ:

  • How many sensors can be connected to the thermostat?
    You can connect a maximum of one moisture sensor (Sensor C) and one temperature sensor (either Sensor A or Sensor B).

  • Can I control the thermostat remotely?
    Yes, you can control the thermostat using a remote control unit connected to the designated terminal blocks. Ensure proper wiring as per the instructions provided.

Overview

Operation mode

2 The program can be controlled via a remote control unit connected to the designated terminal blocks. See wiring diagram. The thermostat switches to the set temperature when the input circuit is closed and when the input circuit opens the thermostat returns to the previous temperature setting, after the set delay time where applicable.

Installation

The incoming phase and neutral are connected to terminals 1 and 2.
Terminals 3 and 4 are the relay that regulates the load.
Sensor A is connected to 5 and 6.
Sensor B is connected to 7 and 8.
A possible external alarm (max. 2A, 120VAC) is connected to terminals 10 and 11.
Sensor C (moisture) is connected to 12 and 13.
A possible remote control unit is connected to 9 and 14.

Start menu

The functions in EB Therm 800 are arranged in a system of menus and submenus. The MAIN MENU always contains three submenus TEMP, PROGRAM and SYSTEM. There are further choices under these. The menus are reached by pressing in the display mode.

H = Operation mode HEATING, C = Operation mode COOLING, I = INDUSTRY, M = Operation mode MAX/MIN

Display mode

  • CURRENT VALUE A shows the temperature at sensor A, CURRENT VALUE B shows the temperature at sensor B. CURRENT VALUE C shows if moisture is detected by the sensor. The current value is only shown for sensors that are installed and activated.
