SAFETY

WARNING! Read operation instructions before use.
DO NOT leave the unit unattended while in operation.
Check capacity and maximum inflation pressure of inflatable before commencing inflation.
Monitor the pressure gauge while in operation.
The gauge should be used as an indication of pressure only. We recommend the use of a dial pressure gauge for definitive reading.
WARNING! This compressor is capable of producing a high pressure.
DO NOT inflate any item beyond its maximum capacity.
DO NOT direct inflation hose connector head at yourself, others or animals.
DO NOT carry by the hose, or yank the hose from an inflation valve.
DO NOT get the compressor wet or use in the rain.
DO NOT use the compressor for a task it was not designed to perform.
DO NOT operate the compressor if any parts are missing as this may cause failure or possible personal injury.
DO NOT open the unit.
Keep children and non essential persons away from the inflation area.
Keep the compressor clean and in good condition.
Avoid bending the hose during inflation.
Turn off the pump immediately if overheating or any abnormality is observed during operation.
If no preset pressure value, DO NOT leave the pump unattended during inflation to prevent the air pressure getting too high.
Keep the pump away from any flammable or combustible objects during operation, since the built-in DC motor may generate sparks during operation.
Keep the pump away from moisture, sand and shock.
DO NOT store the pump in extremely cold or hot places. That will shorten product life, damage battery, or deform the structural.
Avoid using strong chemicals or detergents to clean the product.
DO NOT disassemble the product. DO NOT throw the product into fire or household waste.
DO NOT let children use the product.
DO NOT insert the hose into mouth, ears,or eyes of humans or animals. It must not be used as a toy.
This compressor is not designed for continuous use. Operation over an extended period of time will overheat the unit and damage the compressor. It should not be used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation.

INTRODUCTION

Handheld cordless tyre inflator. Digital LED display. Pressure can be set in either psi or bar. Automatic cut-out when pre-selected pressure has been reached. Double injection composite body with rubber grips for added comfort and vibration reduction. Supplied with 150mm compressor hose with tyre valve, ball needle, bike tyre valves (x2) and universal adaptors (x3). Requires compatible 20V battery and mains charger, sold separately.

OPERATION

WARNING: Remove battery before ANY maintenance.

  1. Ensure that you have read, understood and comply with all the safety instructions in Section

  2. TO REMOVE BATTERY
    1. To remove the battery from the equipment, depress the spring loaded button on the battery pack. Remove the battery pack from the tool by sliding it out.
    DO NOT touch the metal terminals.
    2. Slide a charged battery into the heel of the tool ensuring full engagement of the terminals.

  3. INFLATION / DEFLATION
    1. Screw the required adaptor to the unit outlet and tighten in place using the collar.
    2. Turn on the unit using the central button (fig.2).
    3. Set the required units by cycling through options using the On/Off button.
    4. Set the required pressure using the + or buttons (fig.2). When the set value is reached the unit will automatically cut out.

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: Always disconnect the battery before carrying out any inspection, maintenance or cleaning.

  1. GENERAL INSPECTION
    1. Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight.
    2. Repairs should be carried out by an authorised service centre.

  2. CLEANING
    1. Keep your tool clean at all times. Dirt and dust will cause internal parts to wear quickly and shorten the device’s service life.
    2. Clean the body of your unit with a soft brush, or dry cloth.
    3. Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts. If dry cleaning is not sufficient, a mild detergent on a damp cloth is recommended.
    4. Water must never come into contact with the tool. Ensure the tool is thoroughly dry before using it.

  3. STORAGE
    1. Store this tool carefully in a secure, dry place out of the reach of children.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

WEEE REGULATIONS
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
