IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • CAUTION! This is an assembly instruction manual for the Acon X 17 Trampoline. Please ensure that you have read and understood the trampoline and enclosure user manual before assembling this product.
  • CAUTION! Do not attempt to adjust the height of a fully assembled trampoline. Attempting to adjust the height on a fully assembled trampoline can result in a dangerous structural failure and possible serious injury.
  • The owner and/or supervisor of the trampoline is responsible for making all users aware of the practices and information specified in the trampoline and enclosure user manual.

Maximum user weight
The maximum user weight limit of your ACON X trampoline is determined by the height setting of the trampoline and the number of springs installed. Please see the MAX USER WEIGHT limits below for the different height settings with default spring setup (118 pcs).

Adjusting the height
Your ACON X trampoline can be set to three different heights (the highest setting requires the
X Custom Height Kit, sold separately). The height setting is selected during the assembly of the trampoline. Pay attention to the assembly steps marked with the Height System logo during the installation. If you wish to change the setting afterward, the trampoline must be disassembled by following the assembly instructions in reverse order up to the point where the height setting is selected.

Adjusting the bounce
Your ACON X trampoline is equipped with a frame and mat with the ability for a very wide bounce feel adjustment. The adjustment is made by adding springs and attachment pieces to the mat
(Spring Kits sold separately).

Changing the enclosure panel
Installation of an accessory panel or replacement of the original panel: Start by loosening the corner poles at the end of the trampoline where you plan to replace the panel (instructed in the step 31). Remove the bungee cords and unzip the bottom of the net (see the steps 29 and 30). Open the vertical zippers on the panel and remove the bungee cords from the top (steps 21 and 32). Lift the panel down (recommended to be done by two adults) and remove the poles from the panel. Insert the poles into the new panel and reinstall to the trampoline in the reverse order.

  2. Attach the bungee cord at the ends to the trampoline frame with Velcro straps (13617).
  3. Attach the bungee cord from between the mat attachment loops to the trampoline frame with Velcro straps.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(53\) ACON-X17
-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(54\)

Assemble all the enclosure poles (8 in total) by connecting the short and the long poles together. Note that there are two types of long poles: those with a bent, silver-colored end
(13439) and those with a straight, black-colored end (13601). Then insert the foam tubes (30365 and 30364) onto the poles. Finally, detach the end cap by twisting it until the lock is released.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(55\) ACON-X17
-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(56\)

Slide the enclosure pole sleeve over the pole and the padding. Secure it with the Velcro strip at the bottom.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(57\)

  1. Place the enclosure net panels (20690 and 20687) around the trampoline with the ACON logo on each panel facing upward.
  2. Insert the fiberglass rods into the sleeves on the top of the long enclosure poles. Close the Velcro on the ends of the sleeves.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(58\) ACON-X17
-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(59\)

  1. Insert the previously assembled enclosure net poles (with the bent tube end) into the sleeves of the short panel with caution. Ensure that the loops at the top of the opening remain outside (you can gently pull them to make the installation easier).
  2. Fold the loops around the tube.
  3. Install the previously detached pole end cap.

-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(65\)

Carefully lift the corner pole and insert its bent (silver) end into the hole at the corner of the trampoline top frame. At this point, the spring pin (a) should point towards the center of the trampoline, and the pole should tilt in the same direction.

CAUTION! Pinch point. Pay careful attention to your hand position when installing the poles.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(66\)

Carefully lift the pole next to the pole installed in the previous step, and attach it to the side of the trampoline frame as instructed below. Leave the connection loose, as you are going to install the side plate behind the rubber block (13633) later!

Note: It is highly recommended to ask another person to assist you during this installation step.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(67\) ACON-X17
-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(68\)

Continue installing the poles clockwise around the trampoline until all poles are installed.
Finally, attach the Velcro strips on the front of the long panel around the poles but leave them slightly loose to prolong the life of the net.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(69\)

Install the side plate (13638) behind the rubber block (13633) from both sides. Place the narrower part of the edge of the plate between the bolts in the connection. Tighten the previously installed bolt and nut holding the pole in place.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(72\)

Install the safety pads on the trampoline. Start by placing the short pads (20542) on the short sides. Then, place the long pads (20548) on the long sides. Align the Velcro strips on both pads. Finally, fit the corner pads (20553) to the corners and attach them to the short and long pads with Velcro

ENSURE THAT NO UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, SUCH AS ELECTRICAL CABLES, ARE PRESENT WHERE YOU INSTALL THE ANCHORS. Screw the anchor into the ground as shown below. Tie the strap of the anchor set around the upper frame of the trampoline. Attach the hook into the loop of the anchor base. Tighten with the ratchet.

ACON-X17-Trampoline-Enclosure-image \(90\)

Attach the safety instructions sign next to the entrance around the trampoline frame or to the safety net with the cable tie provided.
Your ACON X 17 is now ready for use. Have fun!

DO NOT use the trampoline without the safety pad (b). The safety pad is designed to reduce the possibility of injury by protecting the user from coming into contact with the frame (e) and springs (g) of the trampoline. It is very important that you properly and securely attach the safety pad and the enclosure net (a) to the attachment hooks (f) with the bungee cords (d), and that they are in the correct position prior to using the trampoline. Ensure also that all the zipper connections between the safety pads and the enclosure are always properly closed.
