Operating Your Fan

Fan Operation

How the System Works:
Air is pulled into the fan through the grilles on the inside and outside of each end of the band. The air passes through a CocoCarbon® pre-filter where larger airborne particles such as dust, pet hair, and dander are trapped. The clean air is then circulated to you with a powerful, smooth airflow.

Before Using:

  1. Carefully remove the fan from the box and remove any packaging material.
  2. Charge the fan by plugging a USB-C charging cord into the charging port located on the side of the unit. When charging, the indicator light will blink. When fully charged, the indicator light will remain solid.

Note:
The fan can be charged with any existing USB-C chargers or with the included USB-A to USB-C cable (charging block not included). The fan comes partially charged, but it is recommended to fully charge before first use. The neck fan will take approximately ~4.5 hours to charge from 0%.

When the battery level is low, the light under the symbol will blink while the fan is running.

Operating the Fan:
Place a fan around your neck with air vents facing up toward your face and with a band behind the neck.

  1. Power/Speed: Press the power button to turn on the fan. A light will be on next to the selected speed on the unit (1= Low, 2= Medium, 3= High, 4= Turbo). Continue pressing the button until the desired speed is selected. Fan speed will be low by default. Press the button once more to turn off the fan.

Cleaning the Fan & Filter

Cleaning the Fan:

  • Do not immerse the fan in water or other liquid and never allow water to drip on the motor housing.
  • Do not use gasoline, paint thinner, or any other corrosive cleaning solutions to clean the fan.
  • To clean between the grille, we recommend using a pipe cleaner, flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner, or compressed air to gently remove dust.
  • If the fan will not be in use for an extended time, you may leave the fan assembled. Cover to protect from dust. Store in a cool, dry place.

Cleaning the Pre-filter:

  • Pull at the end of the neck fan to release the side grille.
  • Carefully remove the filter from the velcro.

  • Insert cover back over.
  • Push the grill towards the fan until the bottom prongs securely snap into place.
