Product Usage Instructions
Operation Steps:
- Connect the charger to a 9V2.7A adapter through a Type-C quick charge cable to switch on the power.
- Place your phone on the charging pad to start charging.
- Put the Apple Watch on the designated area for charging.
- Position your earphone case on the charger to initiate charging.
Note: To ensure safe and efficient charging of up to 4 devices simultaneously, always use a 9V/2.7A adapter and a quick charge cable. Failure to do so may result in issues with charging or damage to the charger.
Attention:
- Avoid contact with water or other liquids.
- Disconnect the charger from the power supply before cleaning.
- Operate in an environment with a temperature range of\ 0-45°C.
- Avoid charging smartphones in environments exceeding 45°C(113°F).
Note: To ensure charging 4 devices safely and efficiently, you must use 9V/2.7A adapter and quick charge cable, (if not use the appropriate adapter and quick cha「ge cable, the charger may not charge phone, or may not charge 4 devices simultaneously or may even damage the charger)

Operation Steps
- connect the charger to a 9V2.7A adapter through a type-C quick charge cable to switch on the power;
- Put your phone on then charge;
- Put the apple watch on and suck it up to charge;
- Put your earphone case on and charge.
LED light instructions

FAQs
- If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:
- The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards,
- Put the phone in the centre of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger).
- The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the centre.
- Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
- Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger.
- If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:
- Please restart your cell phone and test with another USB cable.
- Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.
- Please check the Adapter is a Quick Charger (Output:9V/2.7A) ornot, The iPhone original adapter does not match the wireless charger.
- Please check your Phone case thickness(<5mm). Metal ring or Magnetic Pad will not be available.
- If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the 9V/2.7A adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try:
- Replacing the cable connecting your wireless charger.
- Rebooting your phone.
- Unplug the adapter and reinsert,
