Read carefully all instructions and warnings in this manual. Keep it in a safe place for future reference. This manual contains important operating and safety instructions for the installation, use and maintenance of the product.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read this manual carefully before use. Make sure that you know how the appliance functions and how to operate it.
Maintain the appliance in accordance with the instructions to ensure that it functions properly.
Keep this manual with the appliance. If the appliance is to be used by a third party, this instruction manual must be supplied with it.
The safety instructions cannot cover all the potential hazards that may occur during the use of the device and appropriate safety precautions should always
be observed.
No liability will be accepted for any damage caused by failure to comply with these instructions or any other misuse of the appliance.

INTENED USE

This device is designed for domestic use. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
Check the original packaging to make sure that you have received all components. Remove and discard all plastic packaging materials, as they may be hazardous to children.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

When using electrical appliances, always follow all applicable safety regulations to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury.
Always check that the mains power supply characteristics correspond to the voltage indicated on the appliance’s technical data plate.
This device must be grounded. Connect only to a properly grounded 240V 50Hz power outlet.
Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use.
Do not abuse or damage the power cord. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorised service agent or a similarity qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
Do not let the power cord to come into contact with any hot surfaces.
This appliance is not intended for operation by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system.
Do not leave the power cord hanging over the edge of kitchen tables or counters, as small children may pull the cord, creating a risk of electric shock, burns
and other types of injury or damage.

FIRE SAFETY

Always place the appliance on heat-resistant surfaces.
Leave sufficient distance between the appliance and surrounding surfaces and never cover the appliance.
Warning! The temperature of exposed surfaces may be high during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces.
Warning! When opening the door, hot steam may be released!

OTHER USERS AND BYSTANDERS

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised at all times to ensure that they do not play with the device. Do not allow children to use the device without supervision.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

The appliance is intended for domestic and indoors use only, do not use the appliance outdoors.
Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
Do not place the appliance directly under the electrical outlet.
Do not place over or near hotplates, ovens or microwave ovens.
Do not immerse the device in water. Do not immerse any part of the appliance or the power cord in water. Do not use with wet hands or use under conditions of increased humidity.
Do not cover any part of the appliance with foil.
Do not store objects in or on the appliance.
Do not place flammable materials such as cardboard, plastic, paper, etc. on or near the appliance.
Warning! Extreme care must be taken when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.

Always check your device before use. Check that all components are properly attached. Do not use the appliance if it has been damaged, if it has been dropped,
if it has been left outdoors for a long time or if it has become wet. Return the appliance to an authorised service center for inspection and repair.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE FIRST USE

Make sure the oven is disconnected from power and that the timer control dial is in the OFF position.
Clean all cooking accessories in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
Thoroughly dry all accessories and reinstall them in the oven and plug the appliance in.
Once you have reassembled your oven, we recommend that you run it at maximum temperature (250⁰C) selecting the Bake function for approximately 15
minutes to eliminate any residue from the original packaging that may not have been removed after transporting the appliance. This process will eliminate all initial odours.
Note: When the appliance is first switched on it may produce a small amount of smoke or steam. This is part of the initial operation. The heating elements are coated with a protective coating to protect them from possible corrosion.

DESCRIPTION OF BASIC OPERATION

  1. Place the baking tray on the lowest possible position.
  2. Place the wire rack on the support guide at the required height (if it needs to be at the lowest position, place it on top of the baking tray and slide both in together).
  3. Place the food on the wire rack. Food should be placed as close as possible to the resistance located on the top without contacting it.
  4. Turn the timer dial and select the desired operating time.
  5. Turn the food over to the other side at the midpoint of the required cooking time.
  6. When the process is complete, turn the timer dial to the OFF position.

CAUTION: To avoid the risk of injury or burns, do not touch hot surfaces when the oven is in use, always use oven mitts.
CAUTION: Always use extreme caution when removing the baking tray, wire rack or any hot cookware from a hot oven. Always use the tray handle or a special
oven mitt when removing hot items from the oven.

USING THE ELECTRIC OVEN

Familiarize yourself with the following oven functions and oven components before using it for the first time:
Temperature: Select the desired temperature from 100°C to 250°C for baking, grilling or toasting.
Timer: To set the timer, rotate the dial to the right (clockwise) and select the desired cooking time. The timer bell will ring at the end of the programmed time and the oven will be turned off. Check the progress of the cooking regularly and reduce or increase the set cooking time accordingly.
Oven Function Control: The options for oven operation are: Off, Upper Element, Lower Element and Both Elements.
Hot Plate Function Control: The options for hot plate operation are: Off, Small Hot Plate, Large Hot Plate and Both Hot Plates.
Note: There is no temperature control for the hot plates, they operate in either “ON” or “OFF” state.
Function Indicator Light: The light will come on when the Timer control and the Oven control are turned on.
Hot Plate Indicator Light: The light will come on when the Timer control and Hot plate control are turned on (Function indicator light will turn off).
Baking And Crumb Tray: For use when grilling or roasting meat, poultry, fish etc. It can also be used for collecting baking residues such as fat.
Tray Handle: The handle can be used to safely remove the baking tray from the oven, when it is hot.

Using the Hot Plates
Note: The hot plates cannot be used at the same time as the oven.
Large Hot Plate (1000W)

a) Place the food you wish to cook in a pot or pan and place on the large hot plate.
b) Turn the hot plate function control dial to position (1).
c) Turn the timer dial and select the desired duration.
d) When the cooking process is complete, move both control dials to the OFF position.

SMALL HOT PLATE (700W)

a) Place the food you wish to cook in a pot or pan and place on the large hot plate.
b) Turn the hot plate function control dial to position (2).
c) Turn the timer dial and select the desired duration.
d) When the cooking process is complete, move both control dials to the OFF position.

BAKING IN THE LOWER HEATING MODE

a) Place the wire rack in the desired position.
b) Insert the baking tray and close the oven door.
c) Select the desired temperature via the temperature control dial.
d) Turn the oven function control dial to the Lower heating function (3).
e) Turn the timer dial and select the desired duration.
f) When the baking process is complete, turn all control dials to the OFF position.

GRILLING (Upper Heating mode)

a) Place the wire rack in the desired position.
b) Insert the baking tray and close the oven door.
c) Keep the glass door partially open.
d) Select the desired temperature via the temperature control dial.
e) Turn the oven function control dial to the Upper heating (Grill) function (4).
f) Turn the timer dial and select the desired duration.
g) When the grilling process is complete, turn all control dials to the OFF position.

TOASTING

a) Place the wire rack in the desired position.
b) Insert the baking tray.
c) Place food to be toasted on the wire rack.
d) Turn the oven function control dial to Upper and Lower heating function (5).
e) Select the desired temperature via the temperature control dial.
f) Turn the timer dial and select the desired duration.
g) When the baking process is complete, turn all control dials to the OFF position.

Note: The wire rack should be positioned in the middle of the oven with the indentations facing downwards.
Caution: When removing baking trays from the oven, always support the wire rack. Do not let go of the tray until you are sure the wire rack is securely in place.

MAINTENANCE AND STORING

Warning: Make sure to switch off the device and disconnect it from the mains power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning tasks. Allow the device to cool completely before cleaning.

Clean and maintain your appliance regularly to keep it in proper operating condition.

CLEANING

Wipe the oven walls with a slightly damp cloth or sponge using a mild detergent when necessary. Regularly clean the outside of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and dry it with a dry towel. Remove used accessories and parts and place them in the dishwasher or clean them using hot water and a mild detergent.

After cleaning, let them dry thoroughly, and store them properly for future use.

  • Do not use steel wool pads or other metal utensils to clean your appliance.
  • Do not use harsh and corrosive cleaning agents when cleaning your appliance.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water.

STORING

When the device is not in use, you should store it together with all accessories and the instruction manual in a safe and dry place.

ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the device has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The device’s plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to
remove environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.

Do not dispose of electric devices together with household waste material!
In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with national law, electric devices that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally
compatible recycling facility

The electrical appliances have been manufactured according to strict standards, set by our company, which are aligned with the respective European quality standards. The electrical
appliances of our company are provided with a warranty period of 24 months for non-professional use, 12 months for professional use and 6 months for batteries. The warranty is valid
from the date of purchase of the product. Proof of the warranty right is the purchase document of the appliance (retail receipt or invoice). Under no circumstances shall the company
cover the relevant cost of spare parts and respective required working hours unless a copy of the purchase document is presented. In case the repair has to be done by our service department the cost of transportation (to and from) is enƟ rely borne by the sender (client). The electrical appliances must be sent for repair to the company or to an authorized workshop
in the appropriate way and means of transport.

WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

  1. Spare parts that wear out naturally as a consequence of being used (brushes, cables, switches, chargers, chokes etc.).
  2. Electrical appliances damaged as a result of non-compliance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
  3. Electrical appliances poorly maintained.
  4. Electrical appliances given to third enƟ Ɵ es free of charge.
  5. Damage due to an electrical connection at a voltage other than that indicated on the appliance plate.
  6. Connection to a non-earthed power supply.
  7. Change in current voltage.
  8. Damage resulting from the use of salty water.
  9. Damage or malfunction resulting from improper cleaning procedure of the appliance.
  10. Contact of the electrical appliance with chemicals, or damage as a result of moisture or corrosion.
  11. Electrical appliances that have been modified or opened by unauthorized personnel.
  12. Electrical appliances used for rent.

The warranty covers only the free of charge replacement of the component that presents a manufacturing defect or material failure. In case of lack of a specific spare part the company reserves the right to replace the electrical appliance with another corresponding model. AŌ er all warranty procedures have been concluded, the warranty period of the electrical appliance shall not be extended or renewed. Τhe replacement of a spare part, along with repair charge, is covered by a 1 year warranty of good operation, provided that the warranty terms are met. The spare parts or electrical appliances that are replaced remain in the possession of our company. Requirements, other than those mentioned in this warranty form, regarding the repair
of electrical appliances or damage thereof, do not apply. Greek law and relative regulations apply to this warranty

WARRANTY

This appliance is a quality product. It was designed in compliance with current technical standards and made carefully using normal, good quality materials. The warranty period is 24 months for non-professional use and 12 months for professional use and commences on the date of purchase, which can be verified by the receipt, invoice or delivery note. During this warranty period all functional errors, which, despite the careful treatment described in our operating manual, are verifiably due to material flaws, will be rectified by our after-sales service staff . The warranty takes the form that defective parts will be repaired or replaced with perfect parts free of charge at our discretion. Replaced parts will become our property. Repair work or the replacement of individual parts will not extend the warranty period not will it result in a new warranty period being commenced for the appliance. No separate warranty period will commence for spare parts that may be ted. We cannot offer a warranty for damage and defects on appliances or their parts caused by the use of excessive force, improper treatment and servicing. This also applies for failures to comply with the operating manual and the installation or spare and accessory parts that are not included in our range of products. In the event of interference with of modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons, the warranty will be rendered void. Damages that are attributable to improper handling, over loading, or natural wear and tear are excluded from the guarantee. Damages caused by the manufacturer or by a material defect will be corrected at no charge by repair or by providing spare parts. The prerequisite is that the equipment is handed over assembled, and complete with the proof of sale and guarantee. For a guarantee claim, only use the original packaging. That way, we can guarantee quick and smooth guarantee processing. Please send us the appliances post-paid or request a Freeway sticker. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept appliances that are not postpaid. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to natural wear and tear. If you wish to make a warranty claim, report faults or order spare parts or accessories, please contact the after-sales center: Subject to
