Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

  1. Please read and save the instruction carefully.
  2. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet corresponds to the rated voltage manner.
  3. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after a malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
  4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  5. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surface.
  6. Do not immerse cord or the motor unit into water as this would give rise to electric shock.
  7. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
  8. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
  9. Prior to initial use, wash all the parts which come into contact with food.
  10. Switch off and unplug the appliance before changing accessories.
  11. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated oven.
  12. Never eject beaters or dough hooks when the appliance is in operation.
  13. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving beaters and dough hooks.
  14. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
  15. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
  16. Do not use outdoors (Household use only).
  17. Save these instructions.
  18. Children should be protected and avoid using such appliances as a toy.
  19. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Additional safety instructions

  1. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  2. This appliance is designed for household use.

How to use the appliance

  1. Select the desired attachments, depending on the mixing task to be performed: beaters for whisking, mixing and beating, or dough hooks for kneading.

  2. Before inserting the attachments to the socket, make sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the Speed control switch is in “0” position.

  3. To insert the beaters or dough hooks, place them with the washer into the small socket, and place the others into the big socket.
    Note : Ensure both beaters or dough hooks are fully inserted into the correct sockets or your mixing results may be affected.

  4. Plug into the wall outlet and push the Speed control switch to the desired setting to begin mixing. Always start mixing at low speed and then gradually increase the speed to prevent ingredients from splashing out of the bowl. The max. operation period per time shall not exceed 3 minutes and should be stopped to cool down enough for next operation.

  5. Turn the Speed control switch to the “0” position once the mixing is completed and unplug the cord from the wall outlet.

  6. Press down the Ejection button firmly to detach the beaters or dough hooks.
    Note : The speed will be increase by the highest when the turbo button is depressed. Then the appliance is operated at max. speed and the operation period shall not exceed 3 minutes under this speed.

  7. Beaters or dough hooks running time can’t be more than 3 minutes.

Cleaning

  1. Unplug the appliance from wall outlet before cleaning.
  2. Wipe over the outside surface with a damped cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
  3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
  4. Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe dry.
  5. Store the product in a cool, dry place.
  6. Any other servicing should be performed by a qualified service representative.

Caution! Never immerse the Motor unit or power cord into water for cleaning.

Disposal

Do not dispose this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary.
